I keep getting error -81593 (VALIDATION_ERROR) when trying to add a new payment method to my QuickBooks account. The message says it can't process my request.The issue persists, and I need help from a human support agent. Has anyone else dealt with this? How can I get in touch with QuickBooks support without the AI chat?Thanks!

I currently have Desktop QuickBooks Pro 2011 and I would like to upgrade to Desktop QuickBooks premier 2021 and put it on my computer that currently runs Windows 11, so how can I go about doing this without having any issues?
We have multiple real estate offices overseen by a main office. To track expenses, we set up each office as a separate "class". Is there a more effective way to do this and is anyone else in the RE business with multiple locations able to provide some insight? Thanking any and all for your help!
Working for a nonprofit with a website that accepts donations from anyone. When receipts come into my quickbooks and are deposited automatically, if the donor isn't on my donor list, QB records as "unspecified donor". I am unable to add the name of the donor for my records. Error message says that you must delete the deposit before you may change the donor. I did that on one deposit and it made my balances incorrect. Any help is appreciated.freda
I have been locked out of QuickBooks payroll for last 5 days due to technical issues with QB back end software issues (I was told such). I get following message when trying to update my payment information. Not able to run any payroll for my clients due to such issues.... Has any one experienced this????? I setup my QuickBooks on my iPhone and started with a Solopreneur account billed through Apple. I now want to upgrade to Simple Start but I am having trouble doing so. I looked through the forums and found some suggestions. I tried canceling my Apple subscription so that I could start a direct subscription, but the only option I have is to restart my Apple subscription. I have been trying to contact someone for several days and I can't seem to get to a person. Please help!
Hi folks -- very basic question but how do I record services that I invoice versus payments for those invoices? right now both are being recorded as consulting income and that doesn't seem right as it doubles this account. Thanks! So when I get my bank entries and categorize payments, I was doing those as consulting income but that doesn't look right as such is the same category as services which are on the invoices. Thanks!

Hello, how do I manually enter the final withdrawal for a bank account that was closed early last year? This bank account was never connected to Quickbooks. I need to know every step please, and exactly what to enter as I am new to accounting. Thank you.
When I enter in the login information on both bank accounts on file, it says "Looks like the connection to (bank name) isn't available right now. Try again in a few hours. (4000)".
Want to go back to my lifetime license on Desktop 2020 instead of my subscription on Desktop 2024. I installed Desktop 2020 on different PC with and activated new install with old license. No problem. Transferred company QBB files (which were backed up from Desktop 2024) to new the PC downloads folder but when I attempt to use QB 2020 to "restore back up of company file", it doesn't even recognize that there are any QBB files in the folder where they are. I attempted also copy the actual QBW file to the new PC and simply open the company but again it doesn't even "see" the file.I assume when 2024 "rebuilds" the company file it changes it so 2020 doesn't recognize it anymore???How to I migrate the company files back to 2020?
