Our company purchased QB Desktop Pro 2024 at the beginning of 2024. Non-subscription. Intuit just tried to charge me $999. Expired CC. Not sure why the charge. But now I am locked out. Can't access QB software -- all of our records. How do I actually contact someone at Intuit? Can I continue to use QB Desktop Pro 2024 without incurring additional annual charges? Thank you.
I am trying to send an invoice for expenses we need reimbursed, like normal, but the option to add the expenses to invoices is not showing up. Has something changed? Or is this not working?
We used QB online back in 2019 and then moved to something else. Now we are starting to use that account again. I'm trying to "clean" up accounts from our previous go-round. It is such a mess. I'd like to merge or deactivate many of them BUT every time I try a deactivate I get this error "Request failed with status code 400". And then something about having no zero balance or it's a default account that can't be changed or it's part of automated workflow. They have a zero balance and I have no idea about the rest. Every single account gives me this error and there are over 75 of them!
The company has multiple operations and would like to separate one of the functions to interface with another software. The company outsources its payroll and does not use QBO so there are no issue with reporting. The "main" company would just enter a journal entry to combine the activity from the other separate activity for tax purposes.
I am having trouble with phone support teams at both Quicken and QuickBooks, so hopefully someone here can provide what I presume will be a simple (although multi step) process to convert/transfer a file from Quicken Deluxe 2015 to QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2018. I want to ensure all appropriate expense transactions have a tag. Can I add Tag as a column in an expense report or P&L so I can double check without having to review each transaction?
How can I change the address to.my business that shows on the invoice? Do I need to.amend address with my states dept of state and records or can I just change the address that shows on the invoice without logging and linking the new address to the company through my states business logs and records ?
I was going to use the money that they paid for the work that was done and pay the subscription fee but I don't know if they have a way to pay it now with the account being inactive or what I need to do to get my money from them so I can pay the subscription fee
I am the office manager (main AP/AR contact) and the primary admin on my company's account. We have an outside accountant with QBO accountant access. At some point, I added myself to the list of accountants but later removed myself because I didn't need any of the accountant tools. However, now every time I open up QBO Desktop I am automatically directed to the accountant version of QBO (with the white sidebar instead of the black sidebar) where there are zero clients. I'm tired of selecting "switch account" every day to get back to the normal view. Can someone help me deactivate this part of my account?
Intuit is such a horrible outfit for customer service. I keep getting an error 1603 when installing an update that QBooks is prompting for. The phone support in Phillipines is worthless. The self help link they sent is also worthless. The Quickbooks Hub milarky does not work at all.
Hello, I am using another account to post this since I am locked out of the other one. I recently signed up for a quick books online account yesterday. After being signed out yesterday, I tried to sign into the account and it says "Unfortunately, there is no QuickBooks Online company or QuickBooks Accountant account associated". Despite the fact that I literally signed up for it yesterday and Quick books did charge my account yesterday for the membership fee. I Logged out and sign in again and I got the same result. I tried changing the password for the account, tried to sign in, then it locked out the account. I wait for the 15 minute wait to be over, and tried to sign in again, but after attempting one sign in attempt it locked the account again. I even tried doing it from a different browser and I got the same result. I tried going to the support page to contact support, but It asks me to log into the account first, which I cannot d

When I create a purchase order I can see the part numbers on the PO in the first column followed by the description, Qty, Rate, Amount. When I email the PO to the vendor or create a PDF it removes the first column that contains the part numbers. Originally I was told by QB it was their end and they resolved it, but it's still happening. Any one else experience this and were you able to get it resolved? Thank you.
