I tried changing my email password and still same problem. My computer only uses windows defender for security software. In AOL settings I cannot change much for security.

One day my employee came in and attempted to log into one of our company files. It starts to log in after she enters username and password, but before anything can load, Quickbooks crashes and closes. She is able to log into all of our other company files without a problem. I found if I duplicate her user and delete her old user she is able to log in again with the new credentials. However, the very next day the same problem happens with the new user, so I am now coming in every morning and creating her a new user so she can log into the file. We are using Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise 24.0. I confirmed with her that she is closing every window before clicking File > Close Company/Logoff. I don't think it's the role assigned either because I have other employees with the same role assigned who are not having this problem. I've tried adding her with her email and without it. I have given her a different username every time. I'm stumped at this point.
I just received an email that says it's from QuickBooks Billing (it looks very authentic) with the subject line "Account Deactivation: What You Need to Know'. Here is some of the content: Due to Non-QuickBooks update, Your QuickBooks Account will be Turned Off. It has come to our attention that your QuickBooks is not syncing with the Intuit server, and as a result, it is not receiving necessary updates. Unfortunately, this issue will lead to the discontinuation of your QuickBooks service on the aforementioned date. It then gives a phone number to call [removed by moderator]. I recently installed an update from QB for our desktop and I opened QB today and the Go Payment page with no problem. I just thought I would put this out there.
My monthly fee went from 30 to 35 dollars without my knowledge. I would like it to go back to 30 dollars.

My 401k payroll contributions are mapped to the wrong chart of accounts. How do I correct the account mapping for these deductions?
We need to see the cost per item as well as the sales price in our reporting and estimates. The cost amount line is available to add as a column. There is a cost associated with the item in the item list but it does not show on the report and we can't see on the estimate.
Previously I could pull up an invoice in the QB app, and look at the attachment. I could then email or text it to someone. I can no longer do that!! The attachment is there, but very small and I cannot click on it. HELP!
We have QB version for 3 users. In recent days we got the following pop-up box before we even log into QB 'There's a new QuickBooks software update waiting for you. Looks like you don't have the required permissions. Contact your systems administrator.' If we log in with the Admin password and run the updates & restart, this box still does not go away. 1. Why does one need system admin now to run regular updates?2. How do you run this particular update if not in the way we did it as described above?Thanks.

finanical statement reporting with balance sheet and income statement
I created a backup of my old company file (Company A) and copied it to my new company file (Company B). I own an engineering firm and utilize progress billing for our projects. Although all of the transaction appear to have transferred over to Company B, the estimates are not linked to the invoices which I previously billed (in Company A). If I convert an estimate to an invoice, it does not take into account the tasks that were previously billed ~ it looks as if the whole contract is still available to bill. Help!!!

I have closed out and logged back in as well as restarted my pc. I am still unable to print or export these reports.
We have Desktop 2021 and need to upgrade to the latest version in order to download our bank transactions into our register. We use Quickbooks to help with our end of year taxes and nothing more than a glorified checkbook. We do not like the online version and the cloud of intrusion around it.
Hi,How do you restore a deleted client?I deleted a invoice because it was no longer relevant ($4700). But then the QB online system created a credit memo $4700 "Created by QB Online to adjust balance for deletion".Now my P&L has -$4700 on sales (I log all payments as services, not sales, as we are Architecture firm). I cannot get rid of this. When I try to eliminate the credit, it gives error that I need to restore the client its associated with to change it. I tired recreating the same client, but doesn't work.Not sure why the system would automatically make a $4700 credit. Thanks for any help!
