I used to be able to run a report to include this data, but have been unable to figure out how currently
I close each month end and create a code. Problem is when someone needs to reprint an invoice it wants the code. I don't want to give the code out. What can I do to get the invoiced reprinted. I'm not in the office everyday to print them myself.
Why has everything disappeared in the app on my phone?
The label "Pledge" creates problems and confusion among our board, leadership, and customers. Our non-profit does not collect nor solicit pledges. Can the label be changed on all forms, reports, and drop down menus?
I just migrated to QBO and I relied heavily on these reports for my salesman. Please help!!!
Our company recently installed version 23.0 of QB Enterprise suite and we discovered that the document scanning process has changed dramatically. In the past we would scan all support documents into the system for everything; vendor payments, bank recons, purchase orders, material receipts, payroll change documents, basically everything we had a support document we would drop the docs in a high speed scanned and add them to the transaction in QB. It now looks like we can only use the phone picture process which is bulky and time consuming. Does anyone have a better process than what has been offered by using a phone to take a picture as the document scan?
Hi:Has there been any type of update that will allow restricting user access to certain classes? We have 6 "Business Units" in our company and we are currently separating income and expenses of each specific business unit by class. We want to allow the managers to see the income and expenses for their business unit only. If not by class, is there another way to restrict their access to certain customers and the income/expenses for that customer?
Until May 30 we had been using QB Desktop Pro 2021 and QB Payroll with no problems QB has forced us to change to online by stopping the 2021 Desktop Pro support as of May 31, 2024. Due to QB issues in migrating we currently have 2024 Enterprise Desktop Trial version which they gave us because we could not get online QB’s to upload – see comments below. On May 30, 2024 we talked with a QB agent and switched to QB Online as that is what the agent recommended. The entire time we stated we wanted to keep desktop but of course they said that was not an option. On May 30 we then tried (for OVER 3 hours on the phone with QB) to switch to QB on line WITH the QB agent – they screen share with our computer – they could not get it to migrate to online. They told us there was a QB problem on the QB side and it should be resolved in few hours and would should try again the next day. On May 31 we called QB again and was on the phone for OVER 7.5

I was using quickbooks desktop pro2022 and I could add jobs (as they got called in [in advance])under customers by right-clicking customer and adding jobs. This made it easy to go through my customer list later on and see at a glance what I had done historically by the job descriptions. Is there now a way to "add jobs" under my existing customers as they get called in [in advance]? Using quickbooks online now?
We have "Price #1" we setup when we initially entered the Product into QBO. Then we did a Price Rule "Price #2" for select customers on all of our products. Can I get a report that shows both?
Quickbooks dominates the small business accounting and has many great features. It now has too many ads for other intuit products, which makes it hard to use the service. Are there any alternative programs that do not have the ads? I pay a premium for Quickbooks and am willing to pay a premium for a service that does not have ads disrupting my bookkeeping process. clicking the X or "no thanks" only brings up another ad. The engineers at intuit are not working to solve it. So it seems like a platform problem more than a feature problem. Thanks
I am going through Quickbooks hell right now. Our firm had 4 partners, one of which left and the other we fired. The fired one (fired for cause) had taken the primary admin role of our account. I've been trying for THREE WEEKS to get the primary admin role moved to me. I've been on the phone with QB support staff for countless hours of time that I DO NOT HAVE while I'm trying to run a business and service clients. And the cherry on top is that yesterday QB decided to disable our payments account with the approx $24k of funds now "on hold." Funds that I need to process payroll next week. So TLDR - a company that bills itself as a "solution" for small businesses is in fact the one thing that is completely hobbling my business right now. Here's what I need: 1. Primary admin role granted to me. 2. Funds disbursed to our bank account or QB checking. Whatever, just release them. My prior post had been deleted or it is missing now. I am trying to figure out how to work without Ads. I've talked to my accountant and they suggested I can use another software to do my work but sync it with Quickbooks to avoid the Ads. Does anyone have experience doing this? In the prior post that is now missing, I had detailed the Ads that I did not think were aiding my experience and repeatedly reappear after closing using the X or no thanks buttons. I can repost if that is helpful.

Hello - We noticed earlier this week that QuickBooks came out with an invoice update. Is there a way to revert back to the old invoice? I noticed on the new invoice it is referencing some of our old fields but it is like it is not recognizing the third (bottom) section of the invoice template which hold our banking details for customers to pay us. It also is not following our color scheme of invoicing format as we have set up under custom forms? Are we missing something or is there a way to fix this? It also seems like now we have to go through one by one to invoice rather than before when we could bulk save and send invoices now it seems it wants us to visit every invoice review it to each field and then send individually. We are not fans so if there is a way out of this update please let us know.
I have an intuit account but none of the products are linked to it. How do I link them even though I am not the primary admin?
I searched transactions by entering a custom date field for 1/1/21 - 12/31/21 and there are NO transactions between my bank and quickbooks. I WAS connected that whole year and it was synching transactions but now I can't access/see anything.
