I excluded the transactions and then deleted them. They are still showing up on my reports as uncleared. They are mostly .01 cent interest transactions all in a montnly row for 6 months. TIA.
I forgot a password. QuickBooks is supposed to send an email to me with a code. I have been trying for 2 days to get this accomplished.
My accountant page message, "Access restrictedYou don't have permission to access this page."
As of 4/24 the reports match. I need to know if I can change the date or override the discrepency.

I originally set up two customers before I found out how to create different jobs for a customer. After setting up the two jobs under one of the identical customers, the original balance shows as "customer - Other". How do I transfer the outstanding balance from "other" to the correct job name. Additionally can I transfer the outstanding balance from the second identical customer to the second job of the first identical customer?
How to understand a balance sheet report? I have the results but I can't understand what they mean?

When the new invoicing layout rolled out couple days ago, we realized that the pricing rules does not take affect, it only shows the default rate, not the calculated rate. In the previous invoice, when we enter a SKU item, the discounted price based the defined price rule populated in the Rate section(I would also show the default price when you clicked on the rate section). Does anyone know how to turn this feature on? Several features also disappered: We were also able to toggle between the lines with the up and down arrow, now up and down arrows doesnt move the cursor. For example when I was in line 1 in the Rate section, i would hit the down arrow, it would take me to line 2 Rate box, i would enter the number and hit down arrow and it would take me to line 3. It was easier for me to update the pricing without using the mouse. Same goes for the other columns, which made the movement faster but in the new layout, it does not allow me. We have tried clearing cookies, resetting autofill options, resetting the profile, creating a new profile, deleting and reinstalling the browser, and then changing browsers. Again, all other websites work with autofill but QuickBooks.
We just opened up a second company and would like to add it to our Desktop pro plus 2022. Do I need a second subscription for this? If we can just add it what are the steps to do this?
I've linked a checking account and paypal into quickbooks online but only have data going back to January 1, 2024. What is the easiest way to import all of 2023 for paypal? For the checking account it looks like only transactions going back to May 2023 are available.
Came into work on Friday and my Estimates / Invoicing has been "Upgraded". Problem is they took away my control of putting spaces where I want them, it prints out a zero on every line item, and even if I drag a line onto my estimate where I want a space, it won't print out the space, I called QuickBooks who is telling me I'm just gonna have to accept it? Do I really have to look for another accounting system company?? I cannot send my customers estimates and invoices that look like this!
QuickBooks on my cell phone does not update.
