All of the sudden I am not able to open my company file. The message says, "could not be opened. Operation not permitted" How can I solve this?
We have three user licenses for our Quickbooks Desktop Premier Plus 2022 Edition. I am the Admin login and my coworkers are user1 and user2. User2 cannot log into QB if I, the Admin login, am already logged in. I have to close the company in order for User2 to log in. Once User2 is logged in, I the Admin, am able to login with no problems. Any suggestions on how we can all log in regardless of who else is already logged in?

Legal bookkeeping in Clio & QBOMy client subscribed to Clio. Previously, both office and client account bookkeeping used to be done in QBO. Due to matte ledger reporting issues, he was suggested by the law society to use Clio for client ledger management.At this point, I have some confusions, which are as follows:1. If the client billing, transactions are managed in Clio, is it any more necessary to maintain the client account in QBO, i.e. transaction recording for each client, and reconciliation? 2. Is it okay if I keep the client and office accounts separate into Clio and QBO? Or should I only use Clio for bill management?Not sure what is the most appropriate way to do the legal bookkeeping. Thanks in advance. Product is QB Premier Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2019. I'm looking to use an estimate to keep track of a large contract that we have. I am looking to make Sales Orders from the estimate to separate out ship dates. I am wondering if there is a way to track what items and quantities on the estimate have already had Sales Orders created and what has not (like it will show you when making invoices from estimates). Any help is appreciated.
I can see actual amounts in the report that displays on the Quickbooks Online screen. The report names match and the "As of" dates match... kind of seems like a glitch.

My mobile app and desktop app are 2 different platforms that do not share templates. Is that correct?
I migrated my data to QuickBooks Online before all the 2023 transactions had been entered. Rather than manually enter the large number of remaining transactions, is there a way to just reinstall the entire database? Thank you!
Sales tax due amount (always the same amount) with blank in vendor block has been there for years and I have never found a way to clear it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ian77
Hi there, we terminated the relationship we had with our CPA firm. However, when I log into one of our QB's instances, their email is listed as the admin, therefore I cannot make any changes, including changing of the admin. I've asked for the password, but nothing yet. As the president of the company, I can't even add myself or our CFO to make the change, because it's the CPA's email address. How can I make this change? Thank you
