I recently started using Quickbooks and I tried to connect my personal Santander account but its not working. I am using the same login details as my bank account but doesnt seem able to recognize the login information. Any advice?Thanks

There is an option for XLS or PDF. I tried the XLS in the hope that I could convert this to CSV, but it includes a lot of header and summary information.

I have spent the best part of today including a very long time with Quickbooks support trying to understand why my French bank no longer synced. Even support did not know that QB have withdrawn from France. Now I have to find another package - any recommendations???

My connection to Metro was working on Monday 27th March... since then I've had a message 'Unavailable'. I have spoken to Metro on a number of occasions and received different answers:- they don't support QB- it's a known issue and we are working on it I have discounted my link but no cannot reconnect but no success. Any thoughts would be most helpful....
My Reconcilliation works fine, it is just the Quickbooks Balance and Bank balance differ. Is there a report somewhere which I could use to find the difference...?
I haven’t been able to connect my quick book app to HSBC since 20th Jan 2024 - all the red sign says is try again in a few hours. If anyone has any ideas, I would be most grateful! Thanks
I’ve somehow managed to connect the same bank account twice so all my transactions are duplicated. I’ve tried to follow instructions to delete one account but whenever I click on the bank connection button, either through my profile or in the Quickbooks app itself, it just keeps saying words like ‘there is an error, try again!’. Any ideas to solve this most appreciated.
I get message cant connect== i have logged on to HMRC and re- authorised connection but still getting message. Callback helpline from qb support is not ringing me back
My account has many old accounts that have been closed for years. I also some how is pulling up my exhusband and his kids accouts. We have not been linked to eachother for 5 years. I printed a copy and went to my bank. The issue is not with the bank they have showed me that non of thoses accounts are in anyway linked to my banking. My ex also uses the same credit union as well as quickbooks. We are in the same line of business. I asked him if they were his accounts and he confirmed they were and I can see his balances. How do I get this resolved? I have unlinked my bank and retarted and then relinked even got a new passwork with the bank before I relinked to quickbooks. Sure I can click the box so they dont show on my banking page. But the point is this should not be happening
