I have been trying to reauthorize my bank account for a couple of weeks now, I make it all the way through the process, into my online banking, select the account I want to authorize, and then the page says "something went wrong, it isn't common but can happen, try again later" no codes come with the message. Any advice on how to solve?
We have been using Natwest Clearspend for some time and reconnected several times, now following the same procedure as previously, it's not working and we have a message saying that there is a new method? Does anyone know, has something changed? Thanks, Iain
I have recently switched bank accounts from Nat West to HSBC. I connected my new HSBC bank account without problem but the connection continually drops off and I am asked to input a security number in via my card reader every time. I've tried to speak to QB and also to HSBC regarding this but both of them just say it's an issue with the other one and they can't help. Any ideas?
Bank account keeps coming up with this error after multiple connections to the bank / Bank connects ok but quickbooks then looses the connection . Any advice ?
Is it possible to make a deposit without having an invoice to apply it to? If so, how do I go about doing that?

Hi, I have been using QB for a few years now. I need to switch banks and accounts mid way through this tax year.I am concerned as to what will happen when I undertake the switch.Will all my previous banking transactions that I have not yet categorized remain in QB?I am worried about loosing transactions or them being removed when I close the account I am currently using.I suppose I'm being irrationally worried but having no prior knowledge of this and with not being able to find a conclusive answer online here I am! Hello, For almost two weeks now I am being prompted to refresh/renew the connection to my bank account. I have tried following the steps to do this both on my pc and on the mobile app, and it seems to work (i.e. I am certain I am entering the bank details correctly and there is no problem from my bank's end), but then when I am redirected to the Quickbooks page nothing has changed: I am still being prompted to renew my connection. Transactions are coming through but my bank account number is only showing xxxxxx xxxx and then the last four digits of the number. Additionally, some transactions from over 2 months are showing up as unreviewed, even though I had categorized everything and it was all up to date until about two weeks ago. I have tried chatting to someone, and they have referred to me to email. On email I keep being reassured that they are aware, but can provide no details about how or when this is being fixed and to hang on tight. I have sense that they h
