Hi Friends, I linked my banking account and asked to bring transactions from 01/01/2020, but it just shows from December 2020, not before that. How can I see transactions from Jan 2020?
My accountants banking feed does not update ?
I have been bookkeeping for a small business for 8 months. They agreed to link the bank feed but have connected it from the start date in April. I only needed it from December. As all the transactions were manually added prior to December the newly added Bank feed For Review records have all found a Match. So should I Exclude all these "duplicate" records or can I add them. My thoughts are that if I add them then it is effectively double-counting and will throw all the figures out. But if it doesn't mean they're double-counted is it
