I just got the warning that QBs desktop is being discontinued. I see that some of the add-ons for QBs will no longer work for the desktop version. This is what it says... "Your access to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Services, Live Support, Online Backup, Online Banking, and other services through QuickBooks Desktop 2020 software will be discontinued after May 31, 2023. This also means you won't receive critical security updates starting June 1, 2023. If you receive any security updates before this date, install them." We don't use Payroll, Support or Online Backup. We do import bank feeds but that seems to be different from Online banking. I'm just trying to figure out if I can determine what adds we use, if any, and get some clarification about downloading bank feeds vs online banking. Thanks!
I am trying to disable a bank acct from QBO, and I keep getting a message “ Something didn’t work. Try again later” What can I do to unlink an account?
I just upgraded to Quickbooks Desktop for Mac Plus 2022. When I Download transactions from my online bank American Express a window pop-up from Apple appears (attached). Even if I enter my correct computer password, the computer does not recognize it. I have to click on Deny and then another window Pops-up, this new window is the access to my online bank. I enter the ID and password from my online banking access to American Express and I can download all my recent transactions. However, I should not have to go through the first Apple pop-up window and have to click on Deny to be able to access the second online banking pop-up window
I recently been approved for a SECURED credit card for solely business expenses. What are the steps necessary to take in order to set this up in QBO?How to record deposits to fund credit card, credit card use, and credit card payment?

When we updated our QB desktop 2020 Books to QB desktop 2023 and tried to reconcile, the balance on the bank reconciliation was off. It said this may happen because of switching from one version to another. This is not acceptable. Someone needs to tell us why this is happening.
I have Quickbooks Pro 2021 for desktopI have two separate checking accounts at the same bank. I have already been downloading the information from one of the accounts. Now I want to download the information from the other account. I have read that I need to set them up as subaccounts. Do I need to disconnect the first account and then set both of them up as subaccounts?

It’s been over a year since I’ve been able to use the "BANK DEPOSIT" tab on the app. I called customer service and explained the issue. The app doesn’t show a "+” tap.When I go to use the BANK DEPOSIT tab there isn’t the green "+", tab to make an entry. Before the latest update there was a green tab with the "+", but today; not even the green tab is available. If I am behind on reconciling my bank register, can I reconcile multiple months at a time?
Hello,As stated above. If the transaction has already been accepted, why is it listed in For Review, and why is it showing a suggested action of Add? Also, I don't recall having processed these transactions yet. Thanks in advance for your guidance.
I entered a transaction that I needed to change. Instead I deleted it and re-entered it correctly. I followed the Help instructions but there is no check box column to mark it as reconciled with an "R".
E.g., I have a Wells Fargo account already associated to my Mint profile. I tried adding that account to Quickbooks - and it said it was successful - but it's not showing up. Thoughts?
I am using quickbooks 2021 for Mac. I am trying to reconcile. My statement date matches, I'm in the correct time period and the correct account but the deposit/check that shows in my register and on my bank statement do not appear in the reconcile window. The check mark on the register indicates that they have already been reconciled. If I undo the dark mark, my opening balance is wrong. How can I correct this so that my opening balance is correct and the deposits/checks appear in my reconcile screen. Note that the previous month was reconciled without a problem.
