Credit statement runs 7/19-8/22 and the Business bank statement runs 7/29-8/30. The biz statement shows a $2000 pmt to Chase CC on 8/30. But the CC statement doesn’t list the pmt of $2000 being deposited at all. The CC shows a $1000 pmt rec’d on 7-22 but the biz statement doesn’t list a pmt to the CC until 8-1. the dates 7-22 isn’t even close to 8-1 pmts usually clear within 3 days and I have a 7-29 pmt listed on the CC that I believe pairs with the item on 8-1. How do I reconcile the CC?

Hi, When I make a deposit to my bank account, it is showing up in my bank transactions as 2 separate line items - one for the cash and one for the checks. I have already recorded the deposit in Quickbooks as one transaction. How can I apply the downloaded 2 lines to one recorded deposit? I hope that makes sense! Thank you!

Has anyone had trouble getting ahold of someone to address a declined transaction at Green Dot Bank? I have enjoyed my Quickbooks Checking and Debit card very much - but I can't reach anyone there that will actually resolve something for me. I made a purchase of $7 online and it was declined. Green Dot said it was out of the ordinary and to try again in an hour. It has continued to decline and I can't get anyone to address it. I was told someone would call me today, but it hasn't happened yet. I don't have time to hold and talk to 3 or 4 different people about my debit card. Has anyone else run into this?
Money is not in my bank account
I just began working at a company that had several people trying to use their quickbooks online. The last month they reconciled was November of 2021. After that someone made some entries that caused a difference in the beginning balance for December of 2021 which is the month I am going to start reconciling. I have found many of the issues, but still have $951.08 difference that I would like to adjust so we can move on. Is there a way to do that?
The only options that come up are for Quicken and Excel. Bank of America Help says just to click on the web connect for Quickbooks but it does NOT appear in the list! Help...all I want to do is download the transactions for each credit card into my Quickbooks account. When I call Bank of America, they refer me to Quickbooks. When I call Quickbooks, they say it's a bank problem. Sooooo frustrating to pay soooo much for Quickbooks software and not be able to download transactions.

I own my business and have two workers who are contracted under a 1099. They're aware it's their responsibility to pay their own taxes. However, when I enter their paycheck transactions under "Contract labor", it only partially deducts the amount from owed taxes.For example: I paid an employee $1,651, but QuickBooks removed only $386 from my estimated taxes, meaning I'm out $1,265. Am I missing something?
I connected personal accounts which I now realize I should not have for my business tracking. How do I delete them?
Using Quickbooks Desktop 2022 Enterprise. I was told we had to change the Chase Bank Feed by September, so we set up with the "New Chase Bank" feed. Now, when we open the Bank Feeds, instead of asking for a password, it automatically links to Chase. But it won't actually download the transactions until you click on the "Download Transactions" button. They took away "Update all for this Bank" option, so you have to refresh each account separately.Once you refresh everything, and match your transactions, if you select a different account, then go back to the first one, the transactions will be there again, and you have to "Ignore" them to make them go away and not create duplicate entries. If you switch back and forth between accounts, the feed will download two or three times. In the last few weeks, I have ignored twice as many transactions as I added.How do I get the Chase Bank feed to only download once so I don't have to ignore hundreds of transactions ov
In the new update I cannot show a full screen of the estimate to a customer. When making an estimate I cannot see the whole estimate because it is only a small tab in the middle of the screen. How to I go back to the old (fridays) version. This is losing me time and in one case business. If the customer can’t see the whole page they think I am hiding something from them
I am trying to catch up with my 2020 and 2021 business taxes. I need to categorize each transactions from these 2 years, but right now I don't see anything from 2020 or 2021. How do I find it and then how to I categorize it?

... and I think it is because we got a revised credit card number for same credit card. I went ahead and reviewed and categorized all transactions. Is there a way to disconnect and reconnect? This is the updating error message - thought as I say, I think it's due to Chase revising the credit card - this error message has been there since Sept 2nd, so obviously not the case: " Try again laterThe bank or account site is down for maintenance so we can't connect to it. Come back later and try again. (105) 'Update' "
Screen freeze when I use the touch pad in the deposit function after I take account and date.
Every time I try to edit the transaction & change to "R", it changes by completed Dec 2021 Reconciliation.
