When I export a .qbo file from citizens account. I am unable to import it in quickbooks. Quickbooks doesn't let me select the bank account on step 2
As of this month, I can no longer send ACH payments to my vendors. My bank account is no longer linked. Why did that happen? My bank requires 2FA and QuickBooks will not let me do that.

We are applying for trade credit lines and this question is asked repeatedly. We have another bank we use but would prefer to list our quickbooks checking. I cannot locate the name, email or a fax # for this purpose.

My customer no longer needs their petty cash account but there is a balance of R4.00 in the account. How do they go about closing the accounting?

I have already removed the R for reconciliation on the check register. I cannot find the way to remove the 4/30/24 reconciliation to start over. We just changed to QuickBooks online version

How is it that QBO does not support automatic transaction downloading from checking accounts that require 2 factor authentication? That requirement seems so ordinary these days, and QBO SHOULD provide for it. Do I seriously have to manually download and upload a file each time?
The Banking section lets you view and edit the downloaded transactions from your financial institution. That's the place I want to categorize my transactions and Add them to the register. The problem is that there is a major bug in the code with the pulldown list of categories when I edit a transaction before clicking Add. It never shows the full list of categories: sometimes it shows a single category, sometimes it shows suggested categories and below that a subset of categories. Sometimes is shows the sub-categories for a selected category but when I try to scroll to the one I want, it disappears from the list. They are filtered weirdly with no rhyme or reason. I have to type in the category I want if I want to change it, whether set by default or by rule. Compare that with showing the category list when editing a transaction in the Register: the full list is shown and the one already chosen is scrolled to. For a couple of days now, I have gotten the error, "We can’t get transactions from Bank of America. We’re working with your bank to get it fixed. Come back in a few hours and select Update (400)." I've tried clicking Update but am still getting the error.Is there an ETA? Obviously, this is the end of the month, so it's about to be a big problem.
QBO spams users with irrelevant and irremovable banners. "X" ing them out does nothing. They come back with a vengeance. So far QBO's response is "Ok, leave Feedback." Ironically the Feedback button on my QBO blanks out when I click it.
I am trying to link bank accounts to QuickBooks, I can select my bank from the drop down window but when I click the link to login on the banks website nothing opens. There are no website blockers on and I am not receiving any requests for authorization. I have successfully link a different bank but not this one. Can anyone offer a solution?
The connection to the bank is completed but quick books is lost in a loop asking to sign in and enter 2FA code. Please see attached screen shots.
Hi! Does anyone else experience lack of https://connect.svb.com/ connection? We lost connection 4 months ago and can't reconnect as https://connect.svb.com/ doesn't show up 😞 We manually upload bank feed in .csv file but we keep growing and can't keep up.
We are new to QB Online and have some PO that are from 2023 still open. Online is not letting me update the PO I keep getting the above message
