How are Quickbooks going to update their invoice/Delivery Note layout to accommodate the extra columns required on an export invoice? i.e., Country of Origin, Customs Tariff No. etc.Some invoices need many separate lines for these entries. At the moment we are having to run a dual system for Import/Export documents and then post the minimum details onto the Quickbooks ledger - taking twice as long. Would welcome other peoples problems and solutions for this.
Does anyone know how I can access the platinum proadvisor badge through the marketing hub? our firm is platinum tier and we would like to put the badge on our website but when we click on 'view assets' it only shows the silver badge
Has anyone put QBO workpapers into practice? How it will be useful than excel spreadsheets as cloud workpapers has limited functionality than what we can do in excel sheets. Please let me know your thoughts if you have started implementing for clients and seeing some benefits.
Hello, We had a bill of £3000 (for illustrative purposes), it was agreed that we would pay this bill in two parts.So we paid £1000, and a further £2000 would be payable upon completion of job a few months later. We paid the £1000 and marked the bill as partially paid. But since then this job has been cancelled.The supplier has sent us a credit note for the £3000 and then refunded the £1000. How do we record this accurately in QBO. We have added the credit note and applied the bank deposit, but it now shows the supplier has a negative balance. Sam
