I signed up for Essentials but now wondering if Solepreneur would be better and/or are these even comparable? There are so many choices, I'm not sure what plan to choose?

Since we upgraded our Quickbooks enterprise Solutions - contractor addition (desktop) to 2022 version -when I send out my weekly paystubs via email we have certain employee's that do not receive the paystub PDF. They only receive the "winmail.dat". We have never had one issue sending out paystubs via email until now. We never had this "inmail.dat" attachment? Even our IT dept. has been working on this for over a week & cannot fix the issue. Any suggestions??? I have Outlook & always have had it via email.
Hey all, hired my first employee and I am unsure on how to add the correct percentage for withholding. How do you find out the composite percentage rate and the payroll deduction percentage rate. The state sent me dollar amounts but I am unsure on how to convert to the correct percentages into the QB time portion. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
How do you see all the insurance plans available? Is Allstate the only one?

Help, How to enter 3rd party payroll in Quick Books, few employees Texas LLC we have Simple IRA (Empl. Ded. + Company match), Medical and Dental deductions, everybody direct deposit. I am using QB Pro Desktop 2019. (We don't have the payroll subscription) Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks
When I try to send my payroll through direct deposit I'm getting an error message saying Message Code 2107.My IT has checked my desktop and network and found no issues. Unable to get through to QB support.
Hello,I'm trying to send direct deposit data after entering it and get message: "Problem signing to Payroll Service. Sign on was rejected." Direct deposit was activated in Quickbooks Desktop 20.0 first week of January, direct deposit data for one of the employees was succesfully entered and sent. Then we updated to 21.0, installed all latest payroll updates, subscription checked, direct deposit status - Active but when I'm trying to enter and send direct deposit data i got message - "Problem signing to Payroll Service. Sign on was rejected."I tried to enter direct deposit data in Quickbooks 20.0 (it's still intalled after update) and it's works perfect - data was succesfully entered and saved. Why it works in QB 20. and not work in QB 21.0?
We use QB Time for entering our timesheets and hours are tracked to each job there. The job profitability reports show the labor to the COGS items just fine but when I run a Standard P&L for the company, those labor costs are showing in Payroll Expenses instead of COGS. Is there a way to fix this so that job related payroll shows in COGS on the main P&L?

Enhanced Payroll included in QBES Gold:I am relatively new to QB Payroll, and I don't know how far back changes would occur if I change some coding on Payroll Item List entries. The prior setup of Payroll utilized one single liability GL account to track all employment tax liabilities. I would like to update the Payroll Item List to segregate federal tax liabilities (and expenses) and state liabilities. If I add additional payroll items with updated coding, what will happen with employee records for the previous payrolls of the current year, especially those in the current quarter where the 941 and state reports / payments haven't yet occurred? * EE and ER Social Security liabilities * FUTA liabilities on new employees * State SUTA liabilities (Re-employment Assistance, Investment tax, Administrative Fee) * Federal Income Tax withheld Will those items from prior payrolls all be reclassed into the new GL codes? Hi I am running 2023 Desktop QB Pro Plus and have turned on Workforce. I have invited my employees to access their w-2's and paystubs but how do I allow them to clock in and out and how do I see that info on my desktop version?Thank you.
Came back to Quickbooks Payroll after being with another company for 2 weeks. Was "onboarded" and we have it set up for our taxes to be filed by QB's. The monthly filing for state taxes was done but did not include these 2 weeks, contacted them in August about it as that is when it was due and they were still working on it. Nothing happened, contacted them in December and had to open a new case to get it taken care of. The July 2023 taxes for those 2 weeks were not filed until January of the current year.
One of my employees missed a digit in their banking account number. My bank sent the money to her account but it was rejected. The funds were not deposited back into my checking account. How do I fix this and get the money back in my account? I have fixed the employees bank account number in QBs.
