Hello I have a basic Quickbooks account for my business with myself as the primary admin and another standard user. I'd like to give the standard user more access to allow them to see what payments have been received so they can match the transaction to the appropriate invoice however I don't want them to see employees wages that would show up in the expenses. Is there a way to do this? I am not set up for quickbooks payroll as our current payroll is managed by our accountancy office. Any help would be appreciated! ThanksBen

Is there an app for Advanced Payroll UK?I can't access payroll from my Quickbooks app just accounts.I can't access payroll by logging into Quicksbooks online on my mobile phone browser.I can only access payroll using my laptop logging in on browser.Not good if the only way I can use payroll is by using my laptop.
I have approved and exported all time for pay period it shows up in quickbooks but when I run payrun it says 0 timesheets were found

I have a couple of interns joining soon and one of them is a foreign student who hasn't received their National Insurance number yet. Is there a way to still process a payroll in quickbooks? I've spoken to HMRC and they have said it's fine to leave the NI number blank but it doesn't look like quickbooks allows this and if I put a 'fake' one in then HMRC will receive this which will cause problems their end. Any suggestions / ideas as to how o make this work please?
I have set up my company on payroll but now when I go in to either run payroll early or click on employee I get the following message - ! We’re Sorry you don’t have access rights to view this data. I have been in already to put an employee on and the company details so why has it changed to no access??
So I have qb self employed, going great, now looking employ someone and bolt on payroll, or can I, or do I need to upgrade to qb online?, which I have mixed views and reservations on from other experiences, data transfer etc, asking here as qb themselves seem confused, hoping someone out there can help??
We are looking for a 3rd party professional to assist us with the migration from Sage Payroll to Quickbooks Payroll. Dataswitcher do not support this service at this time. I am now being told by QB support that it is not possible to migrate and that Payroll will need to be manually entered. We have 100 employees! Surely there has got to be a way of importing the data from Sage?

I have already marked them as a leaver and run an empty payroll to generate the p45 but some of the employees info is wrong and i have corrected the employees info but the p45 isnt updated with it.
what accounts do you post income tax
I issued paychecks on my existing checking account, but before 2 employees deposited the checks the account was compromised had to be closed. Now I have 2 paychecks issued on the old account that I need to replace on the new account. Not sure how to do that!
I have entered the employees start date for paternity leave. I have then run the wages, however it is not putting paternity pay onto the wage slip. The start date was monday and the end of our week is Wednesday - is there waiting days like SSP?
