I have created a custom field in our Sales Invoice called - Sales Person. Questions as follows: 1. Is there anyway that I can show this as a drop down field in order to maintain consistency when enter these names. My concern is that one user will say M. Smith and another one Mark Smith!2. Is there anyway we can extract reports on Custom Fields. What I am hoping to do is extract a Profit and Loss report by class and show who the sales person was along side this report or alternatively which sales person raised revenue, is responsible for their invoices etc. Additionally - Can we do any reporting on our custom fields or is this a static field that can only be included on sales invoices. Can they be included on Purchase orders / invoices. Thank you
Our work commences with a quote > order > deposit > final invoice when goods are delivered. Does QB have the ability to accept deposits prior the final invoices. These deposits are made over a period of time as our work progresses and milestones are achieved. If this is not possible do you have alternative solutions. We cannot issue invoices until such time as the job is complete. Additionally - very frustrating but on numerous occasions when posting messages appear saying unable to post!!!. It has now taken me over 16 times to post this message and counting. Correct the highlighted errors and try again. There was an error while attempting to post your message. Couple of template questions please. 1. Is it possible to set up duplicate templates with different logos and addresses (or exclude the address completely - it appears to be a required field) 2. Can we remove the bold type from both the item name and description of the item. This is taking place with both the QB templates, and our own forms were we do not have a bold typeface. 3. The QB Templates are not showing the subtotal amount in the body. Is there any reason why it is only shown on the BAS summary? 4. Can we re arrange the column layout eg have Qty and our first column, followed by item name, description, rate and amount 5. Can we duplicate the forms once set up. This will save a lot of time and effort and if so how is this done. 6. Can we customize the Purchase Orders, Credit notes and quote templates 7. Can we show the subtotal, discount, total GST etc on our forms whilst excluding the BAS. The template gives the impression we can however it is not available when printing our s
My inventory lists quantity on hand as the correct amount but when I adjust some items quantity the amount shown changes. In my inventory therre are 26 queen sheets, I have attached the inventory quantity adjustment screen shot as reference.
Hello, Further to my previous discussion, please can you advise if my understanding is correct as follows: 1) If we use the invoice templates that accompany our subscription then fields that contain no data (eg. discount or deposits) are not visible when printing, however if we develop our own custom templates then these field are visible even if there are no associated amounts. 2) If we are to use the invoice templates that accompany QuickBooks can we insert different addresses depending on which invoice we use. I understand that Sales orders are not converted when we migrate to QuickBooks We have over 100 Sales orders in MYOB 2019.14 where our orders are yet to be delivered to the customer however a deposit / prepayment has been paid against these orders. Other orders recorded in our system have received double payments. These orders are significant to our business, and the fact they cannot be transferred (per my understanding) will result in significant problems :-(, Any ideas as to how we can overcome this problem will be appreciated.
