Manage customers and Income

Trying to import invoices from a CSV. Instructions say goto Gear - Import - Import Invoices but this doesn't appear. Using Quickbooks Online. Is there anything I am missing?

Invoice number doesnt show up on the pdf file I send to the customers , why is this ? It records it on the email to the customer but not on the hard copy of the pdf

I have 2 invoices one in USD & the other AUD. They are paid to me together, calculated in USD & paid in AUD but they do not equal my invoice amounts. How do I balance?
