HiI’m using quickbooks desktop from very long time.I took trial for quickbooks online to see how QB online works. But i found quickbooks desktop easier than quickbooks online.I tried to cancel the trial subscription online but it was showing me the error. Then I called QB and talked to the representative to cancel the trial and he said that he is getting the error too. I called before 7-8 days before trial period ends. He said that he already approved the refund and I’ll get back the refund once my card get charged after trial period.Now, I called so many time to QB and submitted the refund request for more than 5-6 times but they are not helping me. I’m shocked to see this king of customer service from quickbooks. What I can do to solve the matter??
Can we connect two shopify stores with single QuickBooks account
A client has been running square transactions for a while, and now they are opening a seasonal business with a completely separate square account. The transactions are all recorded in the parent QBO, which has the pre-existing square account integrated. Is it possible to have two square accounts connected to one QBO?

This phone app is useless for payroll I can not access anything it’s a big part of business the online questions are a joke and embarrassing for the app complaints go no where and updated have made it worse in the last couple years

I cancelled my account in November of 2022 and was still charged a monthly fee with no receipts or record of this happening besides the bank transactions. Spoke with customer service for hours to have a refund page emailed to me only to be told it’s not in their “Terms of Service for Cancellation.” Extremely unimpressed with this company and the customer service i received. This took hours of my time to be told there was nothing that could be done. We were scammed out of hundreds of dollars despite my photo proof of cancelling the accounts 8 months in advance. I’ve read numerous reports of this happening to others and do not know how they are able to get away with it. Am posting this to warn others about this company and how they will covertly steal your money.
how come all my transaction with square does not come up through all sales on my quickbooks?

Hey folks,I just finished my ProAdvisor certification for QuickBooks Online and now I want to start doing bookkeeping for real. Problem is, I don't have any hands-on experience yet. I'm looking for advice from experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeepers on how to kickstart my bookkeeping gig and get some practical know-how. Is there a way I can find experienced QBO bookkeepers to work with and learn from? Any tips on how to find opportunities, build a client base, and navigate the challenges in this field would be awesome too. Thanks in advance for any help you can give! Cheers
We have the QBO Plus plan. Over the past month we have had 3 issues none of which have been resolved. I thought I would try this platform for one of the issues. We have a few employees that lose a line entry when recording time subsequent to saving it. It just vanishes after "save" has been selected. It's odd in that it affects only a few people
