To close the periods you need Admin permissions. Can you have more than one Admin as the current Admin is one of the Directors and shouldn't have to do that?
As you can't easily transfer over the attachments for purchase invoices, etc from Desktop to Online (other than doing them manually) can you keep the old Desktop version as a read only version? There would be an archive version that we would have saved, would we still be able to access that if we aren't paying a subscription any more? Thanks Allan
Hi, I recently dug out a Macbook Air 2014 OS X. the idea was to use it for Quickbooks online, yet when i login to it i shows my company then an error...none of my clients load. This is really confusing me as you would assume with it being online it shouldn't really make a difference what version of a computer you have? Any idead

When payment reminders are created there seems to be the ability to amend the 'Email body' text from the wording set by QB from: 'We're sending a reminder to let you know that invoice [Invoice No.] has not been paid. If you already paid this invoice or have any questions, let us know!Kind regards'. But I can see no way of saving the amended wording as a template for future use, from searching the forum other users have raised this as an issue multiple times and a very long time ago, yet this issue is still outstanding. Is there a way to save the wording we wish to use in the payment reminder as a template rather than having to re-type or copy and paste the information each time? If there is no way to save the 'Email body' wording as a template for future use I would like to know if this is scheduled to be fixed and if so what the timescale for this is, if it is not going to be fixed and a timescale is not allocated I would like to raise this as an official complaint

Hi, whenever my expenses import from Rydoo they always convert at a GBP/USD rate of 1. As these expenses are imported in batches am I to assume that this is the same bug that others are experiencing when bulk importing and that there is no fix for this?

Hi Ive been using QBO for the last year and I see the invoice is now different from before. I like the look but hate that I now have to manually put in my customers email address when I want to invoice them..How do I change that? When I select a customer to bill, it gives me there name and what they owe. Next to there name I have to put in there email address when my database in QBO already has all the info. It wasnt like that before the new look. I use to be able to select the person who I need to bill, put the additional information on the bill and hit send.
The profit and loss is looking so strange with stock shrinkage? I don't know what is wrong with the way the owner is using the stock ins and out?
