I've just asked for help to rectify a duplicate VAT payment and I'm not impressed at all
Customer receives email from myself with invoice attached through from my QB application. Customers try to open email invoice link and it either says unavailable or the invoice button seems frozen. I have proof sent to myself. On opening email the link for the invoice freezes but multiple presses it finally opens. Ive had these issues multiple times over the last month. Ive checked the community pages and there always seems to be somebody complaining of the same with QB response saying its being dealt with and in mean time to export PDF or tell customer to address their browsers. The whole point of me using QB is to save time and improve efficiency and to look PROFESSIONAL. Not to have to explain multiple times to customers that the company im paying to send my invoices is not currently working. Sort it out QB or you will find people like me will start looking elsewhere.
I am using QB Desktop Pro 2020 and am trying to import Invoices (and Bills) from spreadsheets.I suspect it will have to be an IIF file so I downloaded the IIF_Import_Kit zip file but these example files are all dated 2005/6 and contain sales tax not VATCan anyone please point me to a sample IIF file for UK invoices and bills with VAT
Hello, I am doing a consultancy with an international organisation. For a couple of months I am not only being paid my wages, but also a flat-rate per diem that covers my accommodation and other expenses while I travel to their offices abroad (per diems are also paid monthly but only when I actually travel for them). While my monthly rate is taxable, per diems aren’t. How can I classify this ahead of self-assessment in Quickbooks? UK-based self employed here. thanks so much in advance!

Hi, I am trying to connect my Scotiabank account for a few days and every time it says “Something unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank.Try again in a few hours. (101)”I tried to clear the cache, use few different browsers on the computer and the Phone, nothing changes. I called Scotiabank support, and they told me to contact QuickBooks support. Also, I tried to upload QuickBooks and CVS files manually, but it didn't work out. I am using QuickBooks self-employed.
Hi, How do I add a dynamic date.I see that you can add things like [Invoice No]I want my invoice to go out every month - stating the current month in the email body. So something like. Hi, Please find attached the invoice for work carried out in [Month]. (where [Month] would display the current month). Thanks

If I opened "Home Page" screen, the system showed error and crash. I used QuickBooks Pro 2016 R17P. This problem occurred after my computer updating window on Tuesday. I uninstall and reinstall QuickBooks again but it does not work. I download QuickBooks Tool Hub for checking error but it does not work. Please advice how to fixed this problem.
