I am looking to set up invoices for different projects within the Custom form styles section. I have created a new style with the projects bank details but the name and the email address seem to default to that on the master form. As it is different teams that work on the projects I would want the correct email address showing.

How do I change pre set text that apples to a email invoice on sending? I have to edit it every time And this takes up time
I have used the dataswitcher wizard to move our accounts from Sage 50 to QBO. We turned on multicurrency as we have bank accounts in EUR/USD. (not all that unusual nowadays?)We have customers that buy in euros and a supplier we pay in USD. All invoices are in their respective currencies.I followed all the prerequisites to move our books as per the checklist, but everything has come over in GBP.I can create new accounts in currency, but this doesn't help with the accounts that have been pulled over and all the data contained within. Is this a glitch? I'm trying to get answers from Quickbooks support but just being passed from pillar to post and I'm unsure how to escalate it.
WE have used QB desktop since 1996 and after re booting PC had a message saying: 'Quickbooks Desktop has reached the expiration date and will no longer open company files' Whilst I know they have taken payroll away from desktop, we have a separate online subscription to do that now, has desktop been killed off as well. I recall some months ago being told to pay a monthly subscription for our desktop version rather than annually and having that confirmed, but other than that nothing has changed. Support today, Friday 2 April, are on holliday! and ideas?
My accounting year runs from 1st April to 31st March and for the year ended 31.3.20, the QBSE Profit & Loss account shows turnover of £34,324 and net loss of £1,100. When I go into “Reports”, then “Tax Summary”, then “Tax Year 2019/20”, the “Self-Assessment Summary 2019/20” shows turnover of £34,556 and a net profitof £2,816 (based on the period 6.4.19 to 5.4.20)! I used the information from the “Tax Summary” to complete my online tax return but I now realise that it was not in accordance with my accounting profits for the year ended 31.3.20! I am sure that this is a problem which has been previously encountered by many QB users and I will be grateful for suggestions how to resolve it! Quick books hasn't imported some of my transactions (Natwest 16/17 July 2019- there's no error message. I find this alarming as I could have easily missed them. Is it assumed that we manually check each statement to check each transaction? If so is there any way to make this process simple? I know how to import the missing transactions manually - I'm just worried it's happened before and will happen again.
"Note: You already have an invoice with this number." This is a helpful reminder to continue a running total of invoices, but I have running totals with each client individually, I think if there was an option to use a running total for the inputted client, instead of global totals it would be really helpful. Thanks,
