We use QB desktop Enterprise. When I import a IIF file from our payroll company QB automatically assigns a check number that I can not change. I have spoken to QB support and they say there is nothing to do to fix or change this. I saw this question before and reached out to a company called BRC to ask which product would fix this issue. There is no telephone or email support (unless you purchase a product first.) Has anyone found a fix for this issue?

I was not using Quickbooks at the time the Trojan alert occurred ! We are subcontractors in the construction industry looking for help with a couple of invoice template layout issues. We need our invoices to refer to a 'Site Address'. Our customers have many different projects which frequently change, as the work is completed, we move on to the next site. We don't want to use the inbuilt Shipping Address fields because this triggers Shipping costs fields which are not applicable and look out of place on the invoice. We can't use the custom field option because it is restricted to a certain number of characters - not enough for an address! Similarly, we want each invoice to refer to 'The scope of works', that is a global summary of the work we have undertaken e.g. 'Colour staining, as per customer approved sample, applied to the new brickwork of ground and first floor, front and side elevations'. Hi, we are a music venue and sell tickets for promoters on our website .all the money are paid to our bank account and we pay everything back to the promoters after their gigs. How can I record the ticket money on QB without showing as our income?
I know that my detail are correct - I just used the same details to sign in to PayPal itself and see my account. I've tried the MAc app, Safari and Chrome (including Incognito window), all with no result.
Hi all. I've had so many customers telling me that they can't view their invoices even though I've had the 'Seen' notification come through on my phone, so I've had to save it as a PDF and email it over manually. One customer recently screen recorded themselves trying to open it on their Android device and when they tap the 'View Invoice' button it just doesn't load anything. Today I actually invoiced my mothers company for a job, so I was able to see if she could open it on her Android phone, and it's doing the same thing. I've just sent a test invoice to my private email address to see if I can open it on my new iPhone, and I can't. How can it be that absolutely no-one can view an invoice on mobile? What's worse, is that when they open the invoice on a computer, the format is all over the place, everything is enlarged and not in line where it should be. Hi, I was getting problems with sending Invoices with QB online, So I moved my email server to G suite, now all the invoices are getting received by my customers, :) but now Im having the same problem with statements there getting sent from [email address removed] I need them to be sent from my G suite address, how do I change this. If a supplier emails several invoices in one email can this email be forwarded onto Receipt Snap and will it then show all the invoices as separate documents?
aAs required by Open Banking i attempted to reconnect my Pay Pal account using valid credentials. However after I enter them I get a message "Hmm. Something stopped us from connecting to your bank.
