I'm fairly new to QBO, started on 5/4/2019.1st Bank rec as at 30/4/2019 ok with one unpresented cheque from 22/11/2018 (-£138.89) imported from QB Desktop.2nd Ban rec as at 31/5/2019 ok with two unpresented cheques one being the one above still outstanding. However the item was presented in May and shows in the list of "Cheques and payments cleared".I now have duplicate items in my bank register and in my P&L.I must have wrongly transacted clearance incorrectly, but I am stumped as to how to fix it
We have started to use Quickbooks. I have been set up as an Accountant, instead of an employee. Is there a way to switch the account? Or to delete the Accountant profile and start again? I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to have worked. When I was invited as an employee, it automatically defaulted to the Account profile.Thanks.
I did a free month's trial of Quickbooks a few months back but didn't subscribe. How can I access the data for that month so I can print it off for my accountant. I can't seem to get beyond putting bank details in to subscribe - which I don't want to do.

Hello I have spent 4 days now trying to fix this. I am new to quickbooks online and I have the majority of my sales on csv from Etsy. Uploading these became a issue as I realised I needed to remap especially for QB to list, I did this (it took hours and hours) the first time but realised fees accidentally mapped as INCOME in account I labelled ETSY. This meant that almost a years worth of csv's were incorrect. I inactivated this account and painstakingly remapped a years worth of csvs (for last years accounts 18-19) and all seemed well until I tried to check my P&L report. My P&L still calculates a years worth of incorrect income on a inactive account now. I have read every thread and forum and contacted QB but still not getting anywhere. Please can someone help, I just need to delete the whole of this incorrect account that is marked as inactive please??
When I set up my account I connected my bank account. For some reason it has disconnected and I don’t know how to reconnect it.
The desktop program is on a Surface Laptop, it has worked very well until a few days ago, I suspect after a major Windows 10 update, although I have seen the same issue on here from a few years ago, I have tried all the ways other people have suggested, like downloading the install app but to no avail. I wonder if anyone can help? Thanks.
Hi, I have added my bank account and set up as self employed. I have manually voided any transaction from April 9th 2019 when I began self employment so it doesn't show in any reports, however it still shows 18/19 income when I was not self employed then? I need ALL previous reports to be deleted and past transactions to not show so my account just shows from April 9th this year on all reports, why has it done this? Can someone help thanks as I can't see how to contact Quickbooks!
When I process wages (50 employees) I process one invoice for the total amount, but have 50 payments to reconcile to the one invoice. How to a select and merge multiple payments to pay off this one invoice
Hoping for some guidance, I see on new quickbooks online I can create bundles for items but can I change the price of bundle? I would like to add 5 items to that bundle and when I select this bundle it automatically gives certain discounted price.
Hi, Just moved over from Quickbooks Desktop, and wondered how do I add line by line discount? As I only have to do this with a few items not a full invoice.
