I do I access estimates as it's stopped opening
Since they have changed the invoicing as of 10/16/23, I cannot seem to hide the "Product or service" on my invoices, which I could do previously. I only need customers to see the "Description" because it has the details they need. It takes up too much space and is too wordy for my needs. Does anyone know how to hide it? I can't find it anywhere!
I want to be able to remove the "Review and pay" part within the email when i send an invoice to a customer. I just want to simply see the custom wording that i have entered and the PDF invoice attached

Hi i'm using 'quickbooks self-employed' and I have just sent an invoice to a customer which they are unable to open , I have tried emailing it to myself and the same thing happens.I have attached a screen shot . I am hoping someone can help ? up until this I have had no problems at all with the software CheersWayne
I have tried to link account again, signing in via my HSBC Business account, as the new primary user, all successful until I choose the accounts to link and click 'confirm' I get an error message 'unable to complete request'. Not sure where I am going wrong!
Good evening, We are hoping to move to QBO from Sage 50 but can't find a migration tool that will move projects across. I have tested with DataSwitcher, everything has migrated except projects aren't showing and project references contained within bills and invoices have dropped off in the migration. Quickbooks suggested Movemybooks but they have also said project aren't migrated. Does anyone know of a solution? Thank you in advance.
Hi I use QBO to manage my clients. I click into my client, for example, who uses QuickBooks Self Employed. I send their invoices every month. But one of the recipients isn't receiving the invoice, they are receiving the email to say how much, but it is also saying 'We're sorry. We can't show the invoice details right now'I have attached a screenshot from this person as we are confused why this is happening. As far as we are aware, none of the other clients are experiencing this and at the beginning of the year, their invoices were going through fine.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Sally
I have been using quickbooks online for a year. It is too advanced. I want to cancel and start with QB selfemployed. I have exported all my mileage, expenses and invoices. Can I import these into the new QB self employed account when i get one?
I want to purge my company file as I have just finished testing it. But as my file is over 90 days old , I now have to cancel my subscription and restart a new file. I am not sure exactly what this means. I want to set up the company file again, use the same mobile number and email as I used with the original company file I set up and start. Is that how it works?Any help from anyone who has done that would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’m new to QB. I run my own sole trader business and have a QB account for that. I’ve discovered that I also seem to have a self employed QB account and not sure why? Can anyone help?
Since updating to Sonoma (v14 OSX) Quickbooks online just prints blank reports. Even printing to a pdf file and then printing that from OSX returns a blank page.Even Exporting to a pdf and then printing that from OSX returns a blank page.OSX happily prints pdf files from other software...Quickbooks say it is a Mac problem and we should phone Apple (really!). What a cop out!I say: I am paying a shed load of money to Quickbooks and you need to get onto Apple and get it sorted.Just checked: Sage, Xero and Freeagent have no problems.The work around is to export to excel, convert to Numbers and print from there.Still trying to find the link to be able to make a formal complaint that will fall on deaf ears!
Just updated to Sonoma and now it does not print letters or numbers. Told it was an Apple issue spoken to them who were helpful and proved it was a QB issue. QB hopeless

Hello QuickBooks Community, I recently encountered a rather disheartening situation while using QuickBooks. After meticulously compiling a monthly invoice for a major client, I clicked "send," only to find myself abruptly logged out of the platform. This was a time-consuming process, involving manual review of calendar entries and cross-referencing them with reports. To my dismay, upon logging back into QuickBooks, I discovered that the painstakingly crafted invoice had not been saved. Needless to say, I am absolutely furious about this situation, as it has resulted in a significant waste of both my time and valuable resources. The stress and frustration I have had to endure are considerable. I'm reaching out to the QuickBooks community in hopes of finding a solution. Is there any way to recover the unsaved invoice? As far as I can tell, QuickBooks has not retained a copy of it. Your guidance and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Why are bill payments & credits always Marked as cheques?Most of my payments are made with a debit card or direct payments.
My QB Premier 2021 program keeps shutting down every time I try to switch to single user mode. I can get into multi-user mode with no problem. My files are hosted on a different computer (server) and we can access files with no problem - but just in multi-user mode. This has happened after an update from QB that happened last night. Please help.
