QB don't tell me to import CSVs, I'm paying you to do this for me. Second time in 6 months we've lost the connection for over a week.

My quick books pro desktop just updated, but now I am missing a year .  Latest entry shows May 2023

When exporting reports to PDF QB Online always exports in the sizes 9.33 x 13.20 for Portrait and 11.69 X 8.26 for landscape.Has anyone else experienced this?I have checked all my printer settings in PDF Editor and Device manager. The issue only arises with QB Online.Thanks

When I try to enter a bill or modify an entry, a warning dialog box pops up, stating, "Quickbooks cannot add more than one level to the Account list at a time." Then Quickbooks gets stuck here and can't be closed.   

On the balance sheet, I noticed a negative balance on the payroll clearing line. On investigation, I found out that it is a balance left from the last fiscal year. What adjusting entry can I do to clear this balance?I have a tight timeline here to generate the balance sheet and my calls to Quickbooks were disconnected several times. I hope someone can help me here.Thank you!

Why on earth would I need an active internet connection to install the software?No no, I am not talking about the activation. I am talking about the INSTALL! Whoever decided to make it a requirement for install, not only did they make it impossible for offline installations of the DATABASE CONNECTION SERVICE THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE ACTIVATION AND IS INCAPABLE OF AUTOUPDATE, but also they used uncapable developers to "build" the component that checks for the internet in the first place.Because guess what - I am upgrading the QB for a client right now, after hours, at 3AM, on a system that I am connected REMOTELY to from 300km away. What does it mean? It means that the remote system HAS INTERNET!!!But no, not in the QuickBooks world!!!Why do you keep breaking the software with these idi0tic improvements??How can I tell this installer that THE COMPUTER HAS INTERNET??? 

Has anyone found a way to make these stop??? My clients are super annoyed by these popups.  Probably 95% of my desktop clients are not a fit for QBO.

I have not done watching all the tutorials before I started using QuickBooks online. I am not an accountant and I have many duplicate transactions. I am not able to reconcile my accounts and I am not sure If I should start all over again for last 3 years?

Our customers get a statement at the end of every month, and those invoices are due by the 15th.  How can I create a receivable report showing amounts due by the month rather than days aging?

When setting up the Chart of Accounts, do I add the opening balance for liabilities as a negative number?

Im banking with scotia, I can import my data into quickbooks, but it won't stay connected to auto update. When i click update, i have to re-login with my phone app... is there a work around for this?

Quickbooks has suddenly stopped updating bank trasactions. I get the message that the account may have closed. I checked in with my bank and the accounts are all open and active. What do i do to fix this issue?

Hello guysI am looking for options about to start Customer Invoices and Invoice Tracker.I am an Accountant and using Quick books Premier 2024 and I want fast and easiest way to email invoices to my clients and then track them. I am looking for 3 options and pick one which is fast and easiest.(1) I am thinking to create invoices in the Microsoft word application and then track through Microsoft excel by first record the invoice then payment in the same line.(2) Use the feature of Quick books Premier 2024 which seems more work then the above 1st one.(3) Buy Quick books Easy Start or Essential just for this purpose and do the work, although I am not familiar with Quick books Easy Start or Essential.Out of above 3 options which should I choose?
