Morning all! I have a client who cannot and will not switch to QB online, so I am looking to purchase Quickbooks for Mac DESKTOP 2023 (Ideally 1 time license, no monthly cost). I have searched and searched and it seems I am either missing it or it is unavailable anywhere. Can anyone point me to where I can purchase it? Or a reasonably older version, maybe 21 or 22 even? Thanks in advance for any assistance or insight!
You rolled out new estimate and invoicing templates and we cannot fix these issues:Our old template for estimates says "Review and Pay" when it should say "Review and Approve" - there is no place to fix this!We can use a new estimate template but all the content in the email body is centered and looks terrible. Why in the world, in 2024 can't we format the email going to our clients???I need to fix at least one of these issues immediately.DO BETTER INTUIT PS - your help topics are ridiculous and completely irrelevant to the topic I entered.

Why do discounts default to appear after sales tax has been calculated?

They all work, as I have posted transactions to all of them.But when I go to the list of companies to open them, only the most recent 4 are showing. Apparently there is a place to set the number of companies you have, but I can't find it. JC
We've been using the QB Receipt Management phone app called Quickbooks Desktop for about a year, and works pretty well, but now two of us get this message on our phone app when we try to view previously uploaded receipts:"We're unable to fetch your receipts at the moment. Try again later."But later still doesn't work.Any suggestions?
Given the inability to log-in earlier in the day, the system is now reporting all systems are working in the U.S. However, all of my bank and credit card accounts to which QB was linked don't show up. Is anyone else being able to log-in but certain functions or apps don't work?
Did we lose the scanning feature in 2022 Desktop Enterprise all together? How do we upload documents now?
I've tried everything today, have read all of the support documents, tried all of the suggestions, I'm hoping someone here has the answer. I tried to be as detailed as possible. My problem: When I'm inside a purchase order or invoice, and click either 'Print' > 'Save as PDF' OR 'Save As' > 'Save as PDF', I then select the file name, and save the PDF. But then when it's opened, the right side and bottom of the PDF are cut off. All I see on the right and bottom of the document is just white. I attached an example of what I'm seeing here. This ONLY happens on this one workstation. This error does not occur on any other workstations accessing this company file. When I open the windows event viewer, I see two quickbooks errors that occur every time I click 'Save to PDF', which I believe are related to my problem. Text of the errors below. I do consulting and have a large client (Inc 5000) that just had their huge annual event. It was their 10th year anniversary hosting the event so they went completely overboard on practically everything, including gift cards they bought for staff and vendors. They now have hundreds of left over prepaid visa cards. They’re asking all their vendors if they can pay future invoices with the prepaid cards until they run out. My invoices are typically between $5k-$15k based on scope/projects. I invoice them 2-3 times a month. A couple questions: I’m assuming they would need to partially pay the invoice with all the cards until they completely paid it off, right?Would it raise a red flag if an invoice was paid with so many different pre paid cards? From the googling I did, it seems like I could be flagged for money laundering? Provided as much content as I could think of right now but let me know if there’s anything else to clarify! I use Chrome with QBO and starting earlier this year, my normal way of viewing an existing invoice results in QBO just spinning and not showing me the invoice that I'm requesting to edit/view. I need to view prior invoices every time I invoice a client so that I can make sure I'm not creating a duplicate invoice for the same service. My workaround has been to use the "incognito window" in Chrome, and then my navigation to view an existing invoice works perfectly. However, this is inconvenient and I want to be able to NOT have to do this workaround. Please help.
I see this has been an issue in the past. Support always suggested checking the browser.QBO has been fine since I moved into this home in 2021.No browser changes; no upgrades to my pc.No setting changes in QBO.When I'm reconciling, the bottom & right side scroll bars get "lost" (I can't see them) therefore I can't scroll to the down in my reconciliation transaction list, and I can't scroll over to see my full payment/deposit columns.Exiting and reentering reconciliation doesn't fix it.The only fix is to exit QBO altogether and log back in; but as soon as I try to look at only the deposits or only the payments (rather than ALL) on the reconciliation, the issue comes back.I also had trouble when trying to log off; my screens began to seriously lag and/or seem to freeze.This is making work impossible today.As this has been mentioned in the community before, I presume it will be fixed by Intuit, hopefully soon.It's these types of downtime which make some of my clients refuse to m
When I synch transactions using Bank feeds I get a listing of transactions but they are in a random order. When I click on date to get them in the order I want, as soon as I enter one transaction, it changes back to a random sort. Is there a way to set the default to always be by Date?
Okay QB Community...this is a real conundrum. I currently have QB Desktop Enterprise Solutions: Contractor 24.0On 6-12-2024 I processed our payroll for pay perios 03-09 June, sent to Intuit and all employees were paid accordingly. On 6-13-2024 I paid various vendor invoices.On 6-14-2024 I did a company backup because I was going to uninstall and reinstall QB due to possible errors.On Monday 6-17-2024 I did the uninstall and reinstall of my QB.I noticed that QB said I needed to process payroll for the pay period of 03-09 June?!?! However all the employees confirmed they had received their direct deposits (I do not use QB direct deposit). I called QB and told QB didn't record the payroll information and I had to "simply" recreate it.Today I realized no transactions I processed from June 12th, 13th & 14th were not recorded in QB.What in the world would cause this? ANY INFORMATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thank you!
ok what's wrong with quickbooks now? I can start desktop program fine but when trying to sign in with my ID and password it constantly says Login Failed. so I can't send invoices or download payments and am SCREWED. I can login to Intuit dot com just fine and see my account. just the desktop program is hosed.of course tech support is closed. I do have premium support but no idea what the toll free number is to call in now.help please?
