Is anyone else having issues exporting from QBO Payroll Core to QB Plus? I processed payroll on Monday and have not been able to export the checks. When I click the export button and chose which transactions to export, I get an error message that says "Error while exporting transactions. Please try again later." I submitted a support ticket and was told that their engineers on working to fix it. I have tried in other browsers and still get the same error.

In Quickbooks Online, when entering a deposit, at the end of each line, when hitting TAB, it would typically advance to the next line and you could just keep entering by using the keyboard. Now, when you hit TAB, it skips all the next lines and goes to the "add line" button. This essentially forces you to use the mouse to go from line to line, and makes entering a long deposit take MUCH longer. Whatever was done to make this happen, can that be reversed ASAP?
When i transfer QB POS to Desktop, after upgrading Desktop from 2023 version to 2024 it says I have another Company file open, thus I can not exchange POS data ? Can you help please ?

I am using Solopreneur and have been advised to use "Invoice" as Sales Receipt is not an option I have added my Products & Services and wondering how I manage for tips In the invoice if I select Product & Services (e.g. $30 + Tax) and the customer has rounded up to $40 how do I record the tip in the invoice? Why can't I select the previous year from the widget? It is only allowing me to select for 'this year" (2024) and not from 2023 I am currently trying to use Solopreneur
When viewing an estimate online I can see the total estimate amount, the invoiced amount and the remaining amount to be invoiced. Why does that show when I print the estimate?
Our club have several activities and I would like to separate each member under different groups. (Example some of our members play Bridge, Mexican Train, Shuffleboard etc...) Can this be done in QuickBooks online?They are all posted under Memberships in chart of accounts.
I am new to using Quickbooks and looking to create a Sales Receipt but this option is not available when clicking the +New menu. The only options available from the menu are 1/ Invoice 2/ Estimate 3/ Add a customer 4/ Add a product service I have added both a customer and a service but still there is no option to create a sales receipt and I don't plan on using Invoices.

Has anyone received the error message "Payment can't be scheduled" when paying bills thru QB Bill Pay?They said we've reached a limit... However when we do the chat they won't explain to me what the limit is...If I would have know about limits - I would probably had done Bill.com instead!Please help - I can't get any answers from Quickbooks.

I'm working with a client who has a QBO Advanced account. I've created a number of custom sales forms for them to use when producing estimates and invoices. There are only two client users on the account - the company owner, who is the company admin, and the company's bookkeeper/office manager, who is set up as a "standard all access" user. The bookkeeper is unable to access the custom sales forms - when creating an estimate, the "Customize" button is missing from the bar at the bottom of the screen. Did I miss a permission or something when I was setting up her user role? Why in the world would only the admin user on a QBO account be able to access custom sales forms? UPDATE: Through trial and error on a call with an Intuit Support rep, we found that the user needs to have access to edit company information in order to have access to custom sales forms. Hello, Whenever I try to upload Bills, I get the following error: Transaction line Bill / Vendor Credit Memo cannot have both Item and Account. Please refer to Notes and Control tab of the template workbook. I am using the template for "Invoices and Bills" and it doesn't even have a column for Item or Account. Any help is most appreciated. In Quickbooks Desktop, on the Options tab for Automatic Updates, I cannot switch the setting from "Yes" to "No" because the No option is greyed-out. I cannot find anyway around this. As a managed service provider (MSP) we need to be able to control when these updates happen. Please advise.
