I'm not sure if this is something the community can help with, but Quickbooks support isn't giving me an option to chat or call. I've done some contracting work with a client. They use QuickBooks self-employed to deliver 1099s. I received an email stating that I had a 1099 to view. I've clicked that link several times on several browsers. It leads me to sign in to Intuit, and then shows me a blank page with no information. It says Client List and nothing else. I need this 1099 for my taxes (it's self-employment income, so I owe taxes on it!) so if anyone has any suggestions to fix this it would be very appreciated!

I reported a rejected attempt to pay an invoice, and inquired as to why that was so. The response from "EmaicaD (QuickBooks Team) suggested I consult the rejection emails for a Reject code, but I received no email rejections, just an immediate banner after each of seven tries saying try again or try a different payment method. My attempts to reply to the response resulted in "undelivered message" messages, and once again attempts to contact support put me in a loop of failed attempts. I still do not know how to determine why my payment attempts failed.
We are having an issue with an employee that we have set up her vacation and sick time policies in Time Off tab but it is not importing over into the time system. The only option she has showing to pick for time off is Holiday. We have deleted her vacation and sick time policies and readded but it still won't show up in the Time Off drop down.
I want to see details of all purchase orders in a single report for a specified time period, not just open POs, meaning even if a PO was raised during a period and all invoices have been received, the report should still show that in the PO list. Is this possible? Specific columns i want to see in the report are as follows:1. PO date2. PO number3. Original amount4. Invoice received5. Open PO amount6. GL PO was coded to Thanks.
how do I submit documents for review?
This is a Windows 10 issue, I'm sure. It's screwed up a lot of programs that were stable in Windows 7.I cannot find the sound files used by QuickBooks 2019 Pro. I know where to set the sounds but they are set to nothing. Is there a place to download them because I believe they did not get installed in this last clean install I did. The QuickBooks Tool Hub did not help either.
I have Quickbooks Online and need to write a check to refund one of my customers. I would very much like all of the exact steps from beginning to end to on how to record it properly. I need to post a payroll schedule with payroll periods for the employees, where do I find that?
I am currently running QB Desktop Pro Plus 2023 for our small business, unfortunately it will no longer be supported after May 31, 2025 and my seat license is expiring on 17 May 2025. I like the desktop product and would like to maintain my service by transitioning to the new Desktop Pro Plus 2024 subscription model. My questions are;Can I purchase a one year subscription or are all subscriptions multi year? What cost can I expect for a single or multi year subscription under the new business model? Is the subscription accompanied by full tech support similar to licensing agreement? Will I still have to renew my seat license if I purchase a subscription? Any assistance or similar experience with this situation is greatly appreciated.
We received an overpayment from a customer last year. A couple weeks later we sent a check to the customer refunding the excess funds received. However the check we issued was recorded as being from accounts Payable. Now we are left with an unapplied payment on reports. We can't just delete the payment, because that will mess up last year's bank reconciliations. How do we clean this up?
I need help as Im not the best with journal entries... In February, we moved the Capital Campaign funds of $amount from our checking account into our money market account. I created a journal entry for this on 02/19/2025 but yet the Temp Restricted Net Assets Capital Campaign account is still showing the $amount in there. My journal entry has debited money market for $amount and credited our checking account for this $amount. Please advise.
