I see a charge with the description of "INTUIT PYMT SOLN-INTUITPMTS" on my QuickBooks Checking statement. What does this mean?

Our multi-partner LLC has equity accounts set up for each of the partners into which their capital contributions were entered when the LLC was formed. Each year we have adjusted the equity in each account to reflect the gains or losses by the company. Now one of the partners wants to take a draw from their equity account. We already wrote a wired withdrawal to him but don't know how to enter the necessary transaction(s) to properly record this into QB Desktop Pro 2013 and correct the share of ownership for each partner???
I hope someone can help me. Before we set up our business bank account everything come in and out of our personal account. I know how to record the purchases we made during this time using the owners equity account and the relevant purchases account, but I am unsure how to record the sales we received.We use link my books which brings all our sales in via journals and then we currently match the bank transactions against these, which is so easy and simple. So Link my books has brought in all the sales for the entire period, which is great, but how do I match the transactions received from my personal account without creating duplicate income. I can allocate it to the owners equity but then which other account do i allocate it to which enables me to match it to the journal from link my books? I need to offset the income we received into our personal account as we used this money to by supplies etc. I hope this makes sense.
Hello;I recently had issues with my 2016 desktop version. It crashed and the backup lost some data from 2021. I had a bookkeeper clean and reconcile up until 12/31/21. I then proceeded to try and reconcile on my own. I realized that some of my banking didn't transfer into the system, so I downloaded the monthly statements and it duplicated many of the transactions. The more I tried to fix, delete, void or whatever, the more I made a mess of things. I'm a Director of Photography not an accountant. I'm in need of help. My bookkeeper is swamped and probably angry because I deleted her work. Can I start a new QB online account and transfer the data without the reconciliations? What are my options to fix this fiasco. I recently was working with QB Pro 2020 using a backup on external drive. I ran 2 payrolls on the wrong company backup file, how do i correct this and get it on the current company that I am using?

Does anyone know if they ever fixed the issue of importing Inventory Assemblies yet. I am very upset as I work for a Manufacturing business and we have a majority of Inventory Assemblies! Yet when I tried to export as an IFF.File it is a big joke. When It tried to import it only imported a small amout. I then decided to do an Advanced import and it does not recognize the Type - Inventory Assembly! How the heck can you call this Enterprise for Manufacturing but yet you don't provide the ability to import assemblies! This is going to take hours and hours of time to enter these assemblies. Had i know this I would have never recommended Quickbooks of any kind for Manufacturing. If you have an inventory driven company this program is a big joke. I will certainly spread the word about this as far and wide as I can. We pay a lot of money for this and yet it doesn't do what it is supposed to do! What a big waste money. I’m surprised there is, so far, no discussion here about QuickBooks abandoning POS. It’s a rather abrupt and disheartening decision by Intuit, both for those who just recently adopted the desktop POS and those who have been using the application for years.I have a client who, within the last 4 months made a significant investment in QB POS software and equipment that was essentially wasted. Not a considerate move by Intuit.
Hello All!All of a sudden, I am having an issue when trying to import my payroll into my downloads file to then import it into QuickBooks. I go through the steps from QuickBooks payroll (ie...I click on all of the employees and dates to export, click export, and it says the transactions were exported) but then when I go to Quickbooks (2023 Pro Plus version) and click file, utilities, import, iff files, the message box pops up that says import your iff file, so I click the blue import iff button and it goes straight to the file explorer download window. I do not see the completed import transaction window, no error message pops up, and the import does not show up in the download file. I have tried even clicking import it for me - I'll fix it later and still nothing downloads. - I have made sure there are no new updates in QuickBooks and have restarted my computer and still, nothing worked to fix this issue. I'm stumped!! Any suggestions???Thanks in advance ☺

I would like a line item discount. In my case, equipment rentals, it is crucial for applying different discount amounts to different items quickly as well as tracking what each item is actually earning over the course of the year. It appears to be in option in other countries (India) quickbooks. I posted this years ago and it has since been deleted.No work around that includes creating a product/service is helpful so please do not junk up the thread with those replies. The only solution is a proper line item discount which we know is possible in other countries. Please only reply with a timeframe of when this feature will be available.
When trying to connect my bankful (merchant) account to my quickbooks, I get an error message that says "Uh oh, there’s a connection problem." How do I fix this?
Is there a way to record a memorized transaction that occurs on a specific day (like the second Wednesday of a month) instead of occurring "monthly" or every "four weeks." Those options don't take into account a fifth occurrence of a day every quarter.
My last invoice # is 1624. But when I create an invoice using third party apps such as Harvest - which integrates with Quickbooks, the invoice gets created successfully in Quickbooks but the invoice # is not 1 above 1624. It is instead invoice #1. It seems to restart the invoice numbering sequence whenever I create the invoice from a third party app. Is there any way to ensure this does not happen?

What account do acquisition costs go under? I know it is a below the line expense related to closing of a new property, but I don't know exactly where to put it.
