Hello! I am a real newbie to the Merchant Services. I have somehow created duplicate payments received and I cannot figure out what I have done wrong. I don't know how to fix this. HELP! Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

My mileage tracker does not track my individual trips it tracks my mileage for the whole day. starts from when I leave home to come to work and does not stop until I go home for the day. It will track and add mileage if I GO anywhere else after work. It will not separate the trips. Yes my autotracker is on,

I have a vendor that I resale their products without ever taking possession of the products. All my orders are drop shipped to the customer. The customer PO normally comes directly to me and then I send the Vendor my PO. There have been a handful of customer PO's that are addressed directly to the Vendor in the transition from customers ordering direct from them and now ordering from me. With these particular PO's I still get my commission portion (normally my profit from sales). The difference is instead of writing me a check they are just giving me a credit for my portion of the profit as a credit toward my account since I have other invoices to pay them. I know how to create a credit memo and apply it to other invoices. What I don't know is the category to code the credit to. It is technically income for me.
I ordered QBO & didn't care for it as I was used to desktop. I ordered desktop from Walmart for $592. I liked it & decided to cancel QBO, not realizing when I logged in I inadvertently cancelled the desktop that I wanted to keep.After realizing what I done I phoned QB and told the representative what I had mistakenly done. He said I had indeed cancelled the desktop but not to worry as my subscription was paid for and the service should continue until Feb of 2024. A few days later I get these warning on desktop telling me I am losing my service in 6 days. I called QB again & pleaded my case for about 30 minutes. The nice lady told me my subscription was cancelled and I would have to resubscribe . Keep in mind I just paid $592. the week or two before.I resubscribed as I could not afford to lose the service. The new subscription cost me $832. I feel QB should have been more understanding.I love their product. The somewhat good news is Walmart let me return the product & I

I don't think was a good idea to remove the import tool on Invoice Templates!First of all you take out the personality of your client. We look like all the same now thanks to quickbooks!So the ones who really cares about and even paid marketing teams to develop forms with the company personality and colors can just consider this budget "bad debit".... Not nice!And second, there are more than just be a pretty "face" to your customer! There are custom necessary fields. There are companies that need to have fields like Time out for delivery, Employee who picked the goods, Name of the driver goods are loaded ... Verifier Name!So what do we fix those problems now? Your template tool is awful. There are no way to put custom notes and text to the invoice! You must put the import tool back ..... really!!!!!
Hi,I got some payments from the Government towards the SBA loan, what will be the right way to record in QuickBooks Desktop.
I just started using the 2019 Desktop version. I wanted to start with a higher invoice number, (1901 vs 1). I've had to manually change each invoice number. QuickBooks is not keeping the invoices in sequential order. For example, after doing Invoice No. 1903, the next invoice comes up as 4, not 1904. How do I correct this? Thank you in Advance!
How do I upgrade QB 2007 to QB 2022?
We are currently using estimates in QBE. We quote multiple people from the same organization. QBE does not appear to allow multiple emails/contacts from the same organization. Is there a workaround for this or am I missing something in the setup?
Hello, I have Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2023 with Assisted Payroll. I have a new "Windows 11 Pro" computer and after downloading QBooks and doing payroll, I'm finding that Intuit Data Protect isn't backing up. I spent over 3 hours with a very knowledgeable agent trying to help, changing internet options, security settings, clearing cache, updating, re-booting, etc. Intuit Data Protect is still unable to backup. After running the IDP diagnostics tool, everything works except for the "Backup" portion of the test. If this is merely a Windows 11 incompatibility issue, when will this be resolved? i'm very uncomfortable with the fact that I cannot do online backups after completing extensive accounting work and completing payroll. I'm afraid to revert back to my older Windows 10 Business computer since I've input a lot of new data into the company file with the Windows 11 computer. I'm surprised that QB Pro desktop 2023 is having compatibility issu
I have added a new bank account to my QB Desktop Pro. When I try to enter anything into the first box, it asks me to select a name type (Employee, Customer, Vendor or Other), and then does nothing by pull up a list of these names and ask me to 'Select an Account'. Even if I have an account named (newly added for this bank account, and even if I try a name from an account already established), it does not allow me to enter an account. I'm stuck in a useless and very frustrating loop. How can I make this work?
Hello, Is there a way to repair QB POS database? I seem not able to find it anywhere. There is a lot of solutions to repair QB Desktop (accounting), but not to repair QB POS database. My Database is giving me error: Field "0" not found This happens right after I enter the password, and it start loading fields... then the message appears.
Is there a way to record owner's mileage in general journal? I know it is recommended to track miles in QuickBooks but when there are a lot of business related trips, it is very time consuming to write every one of them to tracking. Can it be recorded monthly or weekly as GJE, having all the backup documents on hands (app records, description, etc). Thank you in advance.
This software used to be free with Turbo tax, now this is paid software, and we need some updates. Here's a few suggestions, I'm sure there are many more. 1. We need the ability to send quotes/estimates in QuickBooks self-employed. (no, we don't want to upgrade to new software). 2. We need the ability to edit Client Contact info that auto-fills in our invoices. I have ten versions of the same client that auto-fills when sending an invoice. It's hard to know which one is the current one and which is the correct info. 3. We need the ability to remove or update the Tax Estimate or when taxes are due. I used Turbo Tax this year and already submitted my taxes. Quickbooks should know that since they are connected. Will this software ever be updated, or has it just been abandoned?
I'm trying to generate letters and envelopes for several customers in QuickBooks Desktop Desktop Pro 2109. Once i run thru the letter process and click next to generate I get a pop up saying "creating letters please wait" a long with the spinning blue circle. once it stops running the circle and message box disappear and no letters open up nor does word. using Lenovo ThinkPad, windows 11 pro, 64bit and office 365. steps I have already taken: tool Hub: quck fix full fix letter and PDF fix nothing has worked. scott
The error message is: Your account doesn't have the permissions needed to do this. My permissions have not been changed over the last several years and I've always e-filed successfully.
I use spread sheets on Google Sheets to write up times on different loads I deliver. Had no problem with Iphone but wont let me with my Android???
