Hi - I am working with a nonprofit client who had their QB online account closed more than a year ago and didn't back up any of their data. I want to confirm that this data is completely gone and inaccessible? I need to complete a financial review and am having a difficult time doing so without their QB data. They also had a QB checking account and even more important than their account data, I need the bank statements from the checking account. How do I go about accessing them?
Has anyone been able to get a copy of a canceled check (i.e. one that shows the back of the check to know who deposited it) with the new QuickBooks Bill Pay system? The payment detail page in QuickBooks shows the payment as completed but we have several vendors telling us they never received the check. There is no way in QuickBooks to see an actual copy of the check. We have been on chat and phone with customer support multiple times (sometimes for hours at a time) and cannot get an answer.
In the Time/Time Entries area I still have quite a few inactive services that appear when I am adding time. It is not all of the inactive services but several do appear and it is confusing for the employees since they are similar. Have tried to merge them but they still appear with the same name just with a 1 after its original name. Is there any way to fix this?
Starting this morning when I go to log in to QB's it gives me an error code of an issue with an employees SS number and then crashes. Mine is the only profile doing this. Everyone else is able to log in. Our account is remotely hosted on Rightworks as well o I can't run the file doctor on it.

With a fresh install of Quickbooks Online Desktop on a brand new computer I receive a pop-up that states "Apple Could Not Verify "Quickbooks Online" is free of Malware". Screenshot attached. It used to work great and I really appreciate the convenience of the desktop app, however this is a wee bit concerning. Any ideas?
I am trying to figure out where Intuit gets their database from. I just received a random pre-qualified loan offer for an entity that I do not think even exists but is associated with my mailing address. Nothing on Google, state registration, or LinkedIn. I am curious how to get my mailing address removed or updated to be associated with my company and not randomness like this.
We set up price rules a couple months back and it's been great - drastically simplified and streamlined our invoicing now that we're not having to update pricing for different accounts. This worked more or less without issue until today, when I was entering invoices for orders that came in over the weekend only to find that the rounding for the price rules was no longer working, resulting in pricing in the 1000ths decimal ($0.00#), which is not at all what we want. Attached is one such example. A product that has a standard list price of $10.25 has a price rule for some of our larger accounts to discount by 3%, rounded to the nearest $0.05, which brings the price to $9.95 and, up until this morning, this price rule worked without issue. Now the pricing on invoices is skipping the rounding and is now listed at $9.943, which has necessitated manually updating the pricing on all our invoices now. Has anyone else noticed, after editing an invoice in the "turn heads and open wallets" window (Gear Icon > Your Company > Custom Form Styles, on a desktop computer), that the actual invoices look completely different than the "preview" that is shown on the right-hand side of that window?? That's because the preview in that window is of an invoice in landscape orientation, but actual invoices seem to ALWAYS be in portrait - I don't even see an option to print an invoice in landscape orientation! How incredibly nonsensical.

So, the "new and improved" invoices rolled out. What was the thinking behind removing subtotals and not allowing editing of Bill To and Ship To addresses at the estimate/invoice level? There are more issues as well, but these are the biggest... you made your product worse? Sometimes I wonder if the person making decisions actually has run a business at all.

Need to fix it back as it was. It didn't do this previously. I go in to take it out of the company name field, then it turns red/error, and makes me put it in the customer name field AGAIN. I'd like the company field name to be deleted if possible. Help?

I bought an iPad for the business using an Apple Card with installment payments. How do I set this up in QBSE? Do I add the receipt as an asset and then do a transfer of the total amount paid to date in installment payments? Would I categorize the installment payments as other business expense or a loan? I have created an Uber Pro Card account and on their website it says that the account is held by Evolve Bank & Trust. If I want to link this bank account do I use my uber account information, or do I need to make another account on Evolve Bank & Trust and use that to login? Is it possible to directly connect the Uber Pro Card account to QB?
