I do not use QB Bill Pay and would like to know how to remove it and the page that pops up every time I try to pay a bill. I print checks & mail them.
I do not want the Reminders at all in my QB online. How can it be removed?
Before the switch to paypal connector, I could match outgoing transfers from my credit card to incoming transfers in paypal. These transfers are funding expenses. Now, when I look at paypal app transactions, I see the outgoing payment to vendors, but not the incoming funds from my credit card. I have nothing to match the credit card transfers to. Please help! Paypal has always been glitchy in Quickbooks, and I was hoping this new system would make it better!
How do I report a system issue to Quickbooks after hours? Is there a form?
My uploaded logo doesn't show on the main QB screen even though I uploaded it.
I just installed Quickbooks Desktop 2016 and cannot preview or print pay stubs. All else seems to print fine. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks
I need to add a fixed asset and depreciation schedule but I do not have an accounting tab in QBO.Does not change when I switch to accountant view. Need help to add the paid in full fixed assets and their depreciation is the ultimate end goal. Thank you, Amanda

All of the navigation tabs are gone, I have no menu to navigate in QB online.
I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with screens not refreshing after editing, saving etc. It's never been this bad. I've tried Chrome, Edge, Safari all the same. Wondering if you have experienced this if you found a solution.
I sold my business this past summer and had been using QBO for that company. I have no new transactions there but want to have access to the data for a few more months. I want to move that company from QBO to QB Desktop Pro and viewed the "Export your company file to QB Desktop" video numerous times but cannot complete the migration. I've spent HOURS trying to do this and was given the "Export my books" option from QB staff which was supposedly successful but they want $199 to complete the transfer! I'm already paying $65/mo for QBO and $649 last April for a yearly payment for QB Desktop. I do not want to spend another $199 to complete this task so yesterday I called QB Support and was told "this transfer is no longer supported by Quick Books". Is that true?
How do you record the downpayment for an asset when the down payment is in one year and the asset is purchased the following year?
I had a former accountant that said she called QB to get an answer to an issue and the accountant said that QB was unable to help. I wanted to get verification of this and I have the case number. When I called, they said they would not be able to resend information regarding the case to me. The only email she received at the time was a request for a survey.
