Hi, I wonder if anyone can assist. A fully depreciated asset suffered storm damage (asset was purchase in 2014). The suppliers replaced the asset as the repairs cost exceeded the replacement cost. Insurance paid for the replacement. What would the journal entries be?

Keep on getting the message "Looks like the connection to First National Bank (South Africa) isn't available right now (102)". I contacted the bank, they indicated the problem is not with them and that I should contact Quickbooks.

It is becoming critical to ensure maximum security for any data online. As owner and responsible for risk management I want to force all users to use two-factor authentication. Yet this risk management feature seems to be missing from QBO. Does anyone know if it is possible how, and if not why? Thank you

I have invoices documents that were issued to customers and I have uploaded them, so I would like to match them to the receipt payments of those invoices
My school just upgraded from older QB program to QB online. Older QB allowed us to run a transaction statement that included the school's EIN (tax ID number). I went to Settings>Custom Form Styles but there is no field for Tax ID. Any suggestions?
