Hello, I'm a long-term QB user upgrading a new client to QBO. Thewy are currently running QB 2010 and I need to figure out how to get the QB 2010 data into QBO. My understanding is I need to go via QB Desktop but a trial version doesn't seem to be available in the UK. Suggestions very welcome!
I would have just asked on chat or call back but they never seem to be working lately, I've noticed the last month or so that the figure given by my dashboard / home page on the Profit & Loss widget is less than the amount shown on the actual profit & loss report itself. It used to always align. Is this a known error that will be fixed at some point?
When sending Invoices and Estimates to customers, seems like the emails are showing as sent QB but not sending. I've tried several accounts, several computers, private browser and sending to several of my own email addresses, nothing comes through.
Also, when sending the invoice just close as the app doesn’t send it
Creating an invoice in the usual way, however click “send emails” app crashes, therefore invoices going undelivered.
I'm completing a VAT return for a client (has been registered a few years so this is nothing new). They are using the standard (accruals) VAT scheme. Everything is done, the VAT return generates with the correct info but when I run the "transaction detail by VAT code" report it says "your selection doesn't have any info" and displays a blank report. The quarter dates are correct and previous quarters it has always rendered and displayed correctly. Can anyone suggest what I can do see this information please? It is quite an important part of the VAT return verification and records and a blank form is not helpful when there appears to be no other way to access this information.Thank you

I tried to edit my Invoice template but even there I can't see the option where to add Payment Options. I tried to follow an older response on here, but I don't see those options in the settings... Help! I am also getting a lot of errors with other things, too, it used to be easier last year - has something changed?
our 10 churches currently report separately. they are going to become part of a multi-site church and so future accounts will be produced at the top level. if all of the individual churches use QB will it be possible to combine the 10 sets of accounts into one?
