I have tried using the online tool https://qbo-dtm.app.intuit.com/app/qbo-dtm-ui/dtm?isSatUploadWorkflow=true&appstreamApp=QuickBooksPro but it brings error saying that my comapny file is in UK version . please assist
For example if I have input 3 separate line items each costing £7… 1 x Brake Pads (Front) £7, 1 x Brake Pads (Rear) £7 and 1 x Oil Filter £7 it is sending the invoices with just 3 x Oil Filter at £7 each (£21). No mention of either of the brake pads. Even though what I see when editing is correct. It is not sending what I have written? So customer invoices are incorrect. Need help please urgently.
Hi We are at year end and some of our stock items aren't worth the amount we bought them for so we need to write them down. How can I adjust the products so that they show the new valuation, and the adjustments are made to the relevant accounts?
The Overpayment of £15.13 to our supplier was an error on our part, which will need to be deducted when we make our next payment. I don't have anything to allocate it to and if I create a mock credit note I have no way of logging this except personal memory or notes off screen which is a problem since I may not be the personal allocating the payment next time. 1) How do I record it 2) Is there a way of flagging such issues on screen that you know of please?

I've created a customer as a head office and want to allocate other customers to it. I cannot select that head office customer though.
I've been looking at whether to upgrade our charity from QBO Plus to QBO Advanced. As QBO doesn't support charity functionality in the way that other products (e.g. Sage Line 50) do, we've had to use Classes and Locations as a work-around to give us our distinctions between departments (classes) and funds (locations) to be able to meet UK legal requirements for charities. When trying to find out about Classes and Locations in QBO Advanced, I've come across a number of pages that suggest these are only available in QBO Plus, including pages that have been updated within the last week (and you launched QBO Advanced UK much earlier this year). See "Turn on class tracking in QuickBooks Online", "Get started with class tracking in QuickBooks Online", "Create and manage classes in QuickBooks Online", and "Set up and use location tracking" (though I do see that this last page was last updated in December 2022). Does this mean that Classes and Locations are not available to users of

I currently use another app to track my mileage, is there a way to transfer this information on a monthly basis to the quick books self employed app please?
I used (and still do) QB, whilst for a brief time my accountant used Sage for VAT returns. I have pulled it all back to QB but some data changed in this interim, meaning the data they scraped from QB into Sage for the returns altered. When I re-activated MTD in QB, QB wanted to re-submit all my old VAT returns but only in theory, no returns were actually done. As invoices were altered during this time, the returns were different to what HMRC hold on me and QB is expecting me to record different refunds / payments. My main concern, QB thinks I had some refunds in old Q whereas I actually made payments. Is there a way to do a jounal entry or similar to get this difference back as at the moment, QB isn't correctly accounting for a payment in old Q. Thanks for any inputMartin

I seriously can't remember the last time QBSE worked properly!There's an open banking issue between QB and the Coop Bank that's been rumbling on for years now.For a while now, EVERY time I log in to QBSE or open the QB app, Coop Bank sends me an OTP. As much as this is annoying, I need it to download the transaction history.Now, Coop Bank have stopped sending QB the codes. They work if I'm banking normally but nothing is coming through for the QB app or QB login online.Downloading csv files is laborious and not efficient especially when QB has problems importing or even uploading them. Why am I paying full price each month for something that doesn't work?

HiThe pension contribution report that I run is sometimes incorrect, I can see why but cannot see how to correct it. Each month the payroll comprises salary and overtime, inevitably sometimes I am notified of errors on the overtime after the payroll is finalised, I am asked to correct it so run an adjustment payroll for the extra costs, all deductions are fine but the pension report includes the salary element in gross pensionable pay twice, once for the original pay and again for the adjustment even though not paid a second time. How can I correct the report?
