Hi, We have issue with USD bank balance appearing in Balance sheet. The balance as per Balance sheet on Dec 31 is way much higher than the actual bank balance as per Chart of accounts (matching with Bank statement also). For e.g. the actual USD bank balance is 12.62 (CAD 17.037) and correct as per Chart of accounts in Quickbooks Online. But when we run the Balance sheet report as on Dec 31, it shows a weird balance of CAD 723.14 (instead of 17.037). We checked all transactions as per bank statements and all daily transactions are matching perfectly, but the balance is completely off. ThanksParesh

I have tried to open the entries and "edit", but the gl# does not appear as something available to edit.
I just installed QB Premier 2021 (desktop). I activated it and now want to restore from a backup. Every time I click on the restore button or drop down menu, it takes me to the activation screen and asks me to activate again. I have done so several times, but it keeps going back to the same screen. How do I override that so that I can restore my company?
I am not able to reliably find the Account QuickReport. I seem to stumble across it sometimes but usually when I am in the throes of digging through data and don't take note that I have found the report that I need.

QB recently automatically updated on my iPad. Now I can't find the Snap Receipt function anywhere! So frustrating. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Best regards,Keagan
Hi, When I go to create an invoice & enter the customer's name, a box pops up with open Sales Orders that I can use to create the invoice, but I want to get rid of these.(Pic 1) They were created about 4 employees ago as a trial way to create internal PO's. We have since customized our estimates & use those regularly (& convert them to invoices) but I cannot figure out how to get rid of the old sales orders. When I google, it talks about going to the edit tab, then preferences, then the sales & customer tab & company preferences, but when I do this, there is nothing about sales orders.(Pic 2) Other answers say to access from the home screen, just above estimates, but there is nothing there either.(Pic 3) Does anyone have any ideas? I have looked in every possible place I can think of to find the sales orders, with no success. Thank you!
