Potential new client interested in QBO, but needs both multicurrency and cash flow planning.
I work with assigning lead accountant for my team to help manage which staff member is the lead on each file. I am trying to edit the lead back to me (firm owner) and I cannot. Why is this happening? I've following the instructions. In addition to this issue, as a firm accountant user and primary admin, I am trying to remove the Tax Accoutant user since the client is changing tax accountant. I cannot remove the user and our firm is the Primary admin (well a staff member from my firm).

Back to ReportsA/R Aging Detail (I set dates for this fiscal year to date) the A and B invoices are not showing in this report. This is accurate and correct. I received an ACH deposit in my bank transactions, but it also needs to be applied to an outstanding invoice. I have been told to post through AR.I went into Receive Payment and recorded the payment, which is fine. However, the deposit of those funds is not showing. I tried do a Manual Bank Deposit into Undeposited Funds. I used the Add Funds to this Deposit section, but I get an error messaige, "Something's not quite right. Please select a bank account." The bank account is selected.Is there another way to do this or could there be an issue with my banking in making a deposit?Thank you.
We are a Canadian company and have a USD invoice from a supplier, which is approved in ApprovalMax however Quickbooks is rejecting the bill with the error above (can only use one currency per transaction). Wondering if there is some company or supplier configuration missing.

During the day I go around to my customers and in the evening I write an email for each of my 3 suppliers with all the products that my customers have requested.
