We are in Indonesia, and our tax ID includes chars like "." and "-" but the input field for Tax ID in QBO seems not to accept them. IS there a way?

Whenever a customer makes a payment for multiple invoices, and I match them, in sales page I see one entry for every invoice paid or partially paid with that payment.I already see the invoices as all paid (one row each), how can I see only one row for the payment (effectively it is only one payment entry) with the list of the paid invoices in the description?
We have grown and I would like to have a system so keep account of supplies we need for business operation and know when it is time to re-order.

Hello. I am an implementation engineer at the TurnKey Lender company.Currently, we are preparing a demo for our customers in the USA. The customers are wondering if we can interact with the QuickBooks system. So, we need to check the integration capability.E.g.: If our system needs transactions from QuickBooks - May we get them using some your API (REST API, SOAP, etc.)Our customers use our online lending platform, but want to know possibilities to integrate with your system - I mean to get data from QuickBooks and to send data to QuickBooks from our system (e.g. transactions). We want to understand possibility to transfer data between two systems.Could you please assist with this?Thank you
I was importing a customized Estimate template into the Custom Form Styles and everything was working fine, I went back and forth editing it exactly how I want it....then suddenly it doesn't work anymore, the arrow button to bring up options for me to select doesn't work anymore, clicking on it does nothing. See the attached screenshot. What I've done so far to try to fix it:1- clear cache2- restart computer3- used Safari private browser4- used chrome regular browser and incognito Nothing works. We are creating a sales receipt from the API. Previously, this worked without any issues. Suddenly starting this week, the PDF that is generated from the sales receipt is not returning any information nor is the style applied. It is just a blank PDF without the header, nothing in the body and just the customer information. We have tested in a sandbox environment and it works fine.
The balance in quickbook (white area) is already same with my bank statement.
I am trying to simply enter the value for an expense in the mobile app version and cannot. For example i try to enter $85 and it stays at $0.85. I have tried the decimal points in all types of configurations and to no avail. Surely it shouldn’t be this difficult ?
based of the company's business model of e-commerce involving sales and display of company's products for commission. we would need the customisation of our QuickBooks app the capability of only recognising our margin as the revenue (not in line with IAS 18) instead of the entire revenue for the purpose of vat remittances. Whereas we accept payments from customers directly, we actually only take a commission and we pass on the purchase cost to the supplier subsequently.
