In the advanced report builder the group option can only be add one group item, I remember this feature can be add more groups for well organizing a report. Any way to release this feature?
Hi,I've recently switched from Surf Accounts to Quickbooks Online and I'm looking to import all of my existing data, including customers, customer balances, purchase records, invoices and so on. The file that Surf Accounts exports is a single XML file which I've been able to transform into an Excel file however it still doesn't seem to work for Quickbooks.Does anyone have experience with a similar migration? Do I need to consult a third party to assist with the migration or does Quickbooks have a sufficient onboarding/migration team that can help with things like this?Thanks,Paul

I have account on Mechanicdesk and i need to create chart of account on QuickBooks and i already create the integration on Mechanicdesk but i found no any data reflected on QuickBooks , so I need someone from the support team, speaks Arabic, to help me integrate with Mechanicdesk
The balance showing in the Balance Sheet report is always showing wrong on a particular account. I know the balance of the account since I am updating the bookkeeping, This is a prepaid account or current assets account, but when I click on the balance to see details of the accounts, a window will open showing a fixed asset account instead (always the same asset account every time). This happens for every first time I generate the balance sheet report, meaning on each log-in to QBO account, then first time I generate the balance sheet it will be like this. But when I close the balance sheet report and then run it again, everything will show correctly. This is the case EVERYTIME I GENERATE THE BALANCE SHEET REPORT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN EACH LOG-IN TO QBO Plus. I was investigating this hoping to see where the error is coming from or hoping to find what is causing it. I checked the structure of the chart of accounts, and it all seem fine to me. Trying to apply a credit card payment to an invoice. Payment received is less the credit card fees, so I'm trying to add a resolving transaction to offset properly. What am I doing wrong? I always get the "Something's not quite right Select an account for this transaction" message, and it won't let me save. What am I missing here?

Hola. Pude importar un plan de cuentas correctamente. El unico inconveniente que no logro resolver es cómo hacer que también se importe cuando una cuenta es Primaria y cuando otra es secundaria. ¿hay alguna forma de hacer que esto se pase también automaticamente desde el excel? El excel que importé tenía una secuencia masomenos así: 1101 Activo Corriente = CUENTA PRIMARIA[removed] Caja = CUENTA SECUNDARIA [removed] Banco = CUENTA SECUNDARIA Pero quedaron en Quickbook todas como si fueran primarias. No me separó cuales eran las secundarias y esto tuve que hacerlo a mano, una por una. ¿Hay forma de que en la importación del plan de cuentas pueda ponerle si corresponde a primaria o a secundaria? Just off a support call with QBO payroll elite support concerning incorrect simple retirement calculations. Employees for one of my clients have medical and vision deducted. The Simple contributions are being multiplied by gross minus the medical & vision deductions. This is incorrect because simple deductions are always from gross compensation. The support rep, Dani, told me that this is due to the order in which the deductions were entered. So since medical and vision deductions were entered first, the system will deduct these before doing the Simple calculation. The fix, she said, was to remove all deductions and add Simple contribution first. When I asked for an escalation because this was not per IRS rules, she said this wasn't possible. Does anyone have any insight on this issue? When did this change? My company reconciles Simple accounts and this has not occurred in the past.
