When approving how do managers add a lunch break to an employee 

Hello!  our QB Time Kiosk suddenly stopped working two days ago.  After going through firewall logs and packet capture, we found that the app is now going through UAE, which was blocked by our geofilter on the firewall. Is there a list of IP addresses or URLs we can specify so our next-gen security firewall can lock that down?  Specifically, if UAE is required for mobile app Time Kiosk, we need those addresses or URLs.  We are seeing IP addresses in the 18.161.6.x range, registered as Amazon.

Ted [Removed]: Oct 25: NOTICE: 3.00 hour timesheet had a Service Item (ID: 1034412, Name: Southern California Edison (SCE) Agriculture Energy Efficiency (AgEE) Program:SCE AgEE Task 3 - Enroll Customers and Deliver Program Services) that can't be exported to QuickBooks because it was created on QuickBooks Time rather than being created in QuickBooks and sync'd. The hours will still show up in QuickBooks, but they will not have a service item.

Is there a way to disable Time Entry by Duration in Quickbooks Time? We would prefer that our employees are required to enter their exact start time and end time vs being able to add total hours for the day.

just upgraded to desktop mac 2024 using 1.4.0.476 and have followed the steps still getting this message 

I have 3thousand plus customers. They all assigned to all members in my Qb time company. Is there a way I can remove the assigned members all at once? How to

I have problems wherein my members will edit their clock out time. There are instances when they clocked out not on time and edit it and it shows they clocked out the exact time. I want this to stop. I think ir has something to do with the settings but not sure where and how to disable it. Please i need help

From everything I've read, QuickBooks time is still a mess.  My question is this: When a Timesheet Only contractor logs in to enter their time, they choose client and service.  The screen, however, shows them the billable rate for every service.  That should not be enabled by default!  How, please, do I hide it from contractor view?   Thank you,John

Can you sync just one job?

I can enter an employees time without assigning a customer.  We do this with things like training or office meetings.My employees cannot enter time without picking a customer.  Anyone know why this is and if there is a setting somewhere that this can be change to allow them to do this?

Is there a way to change the customer on multiple timesheet entries at one time to a different customer?

I am creating an invoice and I want billable time linked to the invoice. I don't want the line item on the invoice. I used to select the trash can and then select no. keep but it. It would stay linked to the invoice so that I could tell it was billed out. Now when I select no keep it and save. When I go back in it is not linked and looks like I need to bill for those hours again.

Does QB Time have the functionality to display a popup message when clocking in?  For example we have a team meeting scheduled for X date and would like a one time message to pop-up when someone clocks ins providing details on this meeting.  Additionally it would be nice for the employee to have to click a "Confirm" button to acknowledge they read the message.Thank you for your time. -Tye

Is tracking breaks only available in Quickbooks Time? When I go to TIME in Quickbooks Online, there is no 'assignments' & 'break preferences' tabs. Unless its found elsewhere? Thx!

I'm looking for the desktop version with a "Lifetime" license, no payroll connections to Intuit.  What advice on software purchase can anyone offer?  I need the software to cut payroll, but I can manually calculate the taxes. I need access to the quarterly reports (941, state WH, state UI), but I can also file those manually with the need of an in-between entity.  I want to run the books on my PC alone, with zero connection to the internet or Intuit.  ADVICE MUCH APPRECIATED!

Some of our service items that our employees clock in to have suddenly stopped exporting to quickbooks online when we export payroll. They look to be correctly mapped. Does anyone know why this happening? Thanks!  

I want to add a custom field that will show up in BOTH QBTime and QBDesktop,,, employees will input data as they record their time (work order number) and the field should show up in both platforms for reporting.  Is this possible? If yes, how??

Hello, Community,I cannot change the week on the weekly timesheet because a window pops up that says "Modifying this timesheet does not update the associated invoice. Do you want to continue?" and whether I press yes or no it just immediately pops right back up, I have to close down the tab and that's the only way to get past that. So i can only view this weeks timesheet. It does not matter which employee I choose as long as it is a current employee. Has anyone run into this?Thanks!

Payroll Report was run for all of September but Monday of current week was 30th September. It has locked staff out from entering their hours. How do I unlock it to allow staff to enter on the 30th? 

I need to enable double time pay rule based on 6th and 7th days work days in a week. The double time option has a box with hour/day. The rule would kick in after 5 days. If I put 5 in the box, would the system automatically know that I am referring to days?

Why is "gathering clockout point" always showing on my phone when clocked out

Is anyone else having issues logging into QuickBooks Time?? We're getting emails from employees that when they log in, they're getting the endless green loading circle, or they get logged in but get the loading error when clicking on 'Weekly Time'

When I login to quickBooks online and go to access the time overview and time entries pages both are showing up blank. I have tried to clear the cash from all of my browsers, I have tried to log into QuickBooks online from my phone using incognito mode, and have tried to logon from multiple computers. The issue is still not resolved, and I cannot view these pages they are just showing up Blank. This has never happened to me before please help.
