We would like to be able to track costs for internal construction projects (projects that will turn into assets once complete) How is this best done in QB?
I am dealing with many vendors. So I would like to customize the sales report by item by add extra customization to be by item by preferred vender.
Subscribed since April of this year, 16 invoices to regular clients, just over 15K in invoices paid, amounts are super regular every month to same clients.
This hasn't worked in months probably because of an update in QB. Why am I not getting a copy sent to me after emailing customer and box is checked????
I have customers who are billed the same amount every month. The majority of those customers provide ACH info for payment. In QBDT, the process was simple to set recurring invoices, and payments.I'm not clear on the process with QBO.I have the recurring invoices... I'm unclear on the recurring ACH and Credit Card payments..It seems if I process recurring sales receipts (payments), I don't need to have recurring invoices.. because it is the invoice..Errrrr, I could be completely wrong! Can anyone shed light on the proper way?
Does anyone know if I can run a 3 year comparison for profit & Loss report?
Can I view all checks I have printed?
Two users are passing Journal voucher in Quick books parallelly and system is generating same Voucher number and two Journal voucher with same number got posted in books. Can we have some system control in place to avoid this duplicate journal voucher series

Hello!Couldn't find any similar reports in QuickBooks Enterprise where I could see a Beginning Stock for item(s) selected, how many were received in the period, how many were sold in the period and Ending Stock. Just that easy. All reports I found show On Hand as of today (or specific date) but not like Beginning and Ending Stocks. The only way I could see it now is just to click on every item and see it's Quick Report, but what if I need to see summery for 2,000 items? Appreciate any advise!P.S.: I see that there is a new report has been added Inventory Turnover by Item and it has Closing and Opening Stocks, but those are values in $, not in quantities as I need them to be.
I have been using my Quickbooks Pro 2016 Desktop for years with no problems but I opened it the other day to access my check register and it does not give me an option to select the register for my account. When I select "Use Register" in the "Edit" menu, "Select Account", the only account that comes up is "Accounts receivable" and not my "Personal Checking" which is the check register I am wanting to make entries in. Can someone please help?? I've tried everything!!!
