I would like to import some transactions. The instructions in the help files are not very clear, so I would like to see some examples. When I click on the link that promises to show me samples I can download it just takes me to the support home page. Where can I find some samples?
I have a client's discover card linked in QBO to import all transactions and that is working fine. However, QBO will not import/download the monthly statements from Discover. How do I fix this? Is this a QBO issue or a Discover issue?Thank you!

I create a new invoice using QBOnline using a PC browser. The mobile IOS app is used to edit the invoice on the job and get a customer signature. However, the custom invoice fields are not showing up in the mobile app when editing an invoice. We are able to use custom fields when using QBO on the mobile Google Chrome app, but then we can't get a customer signature without opening the QBO app too.
Is it possible to copy or import my custom reports from one qbo to another qbo? I don't want to have to recreate the reports in the new qbo.
Our nonprofit went from desktop to online. Do we need a contractor or QB help? Our Vendors (4,000) have hundreds of transactions attached to them

This is so surprising, there's no way to download an xml or csv report from Quickbooks and upload it to Colorado website for FAMLI act. Talked to Qbooks and they acknowledged they DON'T have it. If I have to manually enter 400 employees in FAMLI website not sure what use Quickbooks payroll is.
I have a supplier bill for inventory items purchased with a shipping expense to ship the items to my address in the US. Then I have a separate bill with a freight vendor to ship the items to offices overseas. How can I allocate these shipping and freight expenses to the inventory items purchased using quickbooks online?
I received payment on an invoice that I never sent. Is there a way to view in QBO what has been sent? The invoice version sent no longer exists.
For example, if I have Class 1, as a parent, and Classes 1A and 1B as sub-classes, when I'm budgeting, is there a way that I can either set the budget for Class 1 that then shows as the ceiling for the combined total of 1A and 1B or to have the totals for 1A and 1B become my Class 1 total budget? I'm afraid I might be stuck with having to create a budget for each level and then if a sub-class budget changes, I have to remember to change the parent class budget as well.

application errors in invoices
Just converted from Desktop to QBO and if I print 3 checks on a page only the top check is aligned correctly.Help! Also, I do not see how to print just 1 check... on desktop I can hit "partial page" so easily..
This past week, QB Online pushed a new invoicing/estimate UI and layout live. The only problem is, this new layout doesn't seem to support invoice numbers. I tried toggling the feature to display them on the invoice on and off, unsuccessfully. Even after reverting to the previous layout, the invoices I've tried to issue today no longer have invoice numbers at all (see screenshot). Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix? I have never had Custom transaction numbers checked and have otherwise not changed any settings, apart from returning to the old layout from the new invoicing page.
