Hello, I have a client that got approved for a car loan. He first started with the original company, but then moved to different company. How would I record the loan for the first company and then the second company, which originate from the orignal loan?
The previous invoice format did show a discounted subtotal, but the new format does not.
Hi, I need step by step instructions on pulling a vendor report that will show all the vendors I paid in 2023 (1/1/23 - 12/31/23). I need this report to show total spend amount, transaction count, payment type (CC, ach or check), and Vendor data (ID, Name, Address, Phone Number).

I made an invoice and QB payment took the fee related to that invoice and QBO recorded that amount as an expense.When I received the payment, I matched it to the invoice and I had to resolve the difference by adding the fee as an expense. But now I have two expenses for the same transaction. One that was added by the system automatically and one that I added manually. Is there another way to do that where I don't have 2 transactions or do I need to delete the one that the system created?
I used to use different templates for different types of invoices. With the Modern Invoices, there seems to be only one template. Is this the case?
The UI for editing invoices seemed to have changed overnight leaving members of our company confused and unable to find what we use. Can we possibly change it to the previous style?
Ok, so we are being forced to use the new Open Invoices Report. I have several issues:1. The report does not automatically refresh. Instead, when a refresh is done, you are taken back to the beginning of the report.2. When opening an invoice to submit for a credit card payment, upon completion of the payment I am taken back to the main menu and have to re-create the report.3. Any invoice that is opened for editing has the default Save option, instead of defaulting to the last used option. I prefer to Save and Close, rather than Save. Thant's my list so far, after only using this for an hour.
I'm connecting an external app to QB and need the Bill ID to align historical data to the data in quickbooks online, but cant figure out how to do that. I can get the Bill numbers from the reports tool, but need to figure out how to expose the billID
I spent X amount, then got a refund for X amount. How do I categorize the money returned?

The only check printing setting I can find only allow you to align the check.
The Contractors section is frozen and does not work. I can't pay contractors. Anyone else having this issue?
