In Chart of Accounts I choose Equity and do not see an account for Owner's Draw. Am I doing it the right way? I watched the vdeo and it showed an Owner's Draw as an option but I don't see it. It also said to add the owner as a Vendor but that makes me choose an expense account and that would not be correct either.
Can someone please guide me in the right direction to set up my Chart of Accounts. I am a real estate investor. My current properties are buy and hold. So I purchase, rehab and keep for rental properties.

I can't find the entry, I can't find a report to show it, I can't find it in the account register, and all the online support says "view register", which no longer exists in this version. Thanks.
After creating checks I want to go to the Print Checks area, but cannot find quick link to that. I would like easy bookmark or tab in home screen? Any solutions?

Our Fiscal Year started Sept 1, 2021. After I built our budget and made some expense accounts inactive, I ran a Budget Overview Report. There are 2 expense accounts that are inactive on my COA list however they are showing up in my BO Report and affecting my Total Expense Budget amount. Could you please tell me how to remove the 2 accounts that are showing up in my report and affecting my total budget amount?Thank you,

I cannot reach the customer
I am trying to schedule bill payments and for the past 3 days am getting a "failure" pop up window, which says "exceeded number of payment attempts within 24 hours". I am not sure what it means, how many payments or attempts are we allowed? and how can I make sure my vendors get paid on time by scheduling payments in advance (and not having them rejected)?
I am trying to reconcile my annual brokerage statements to dividends I have recorded throughout the year.
We do not have Sales Tax in NH.
The wrong closing date was entered by the office help. (I am the small business owner QB user for 19 y plus)The only help that I found is either for a reconciliation that hasn't been finalized to be edited, or the option to remove reconciled transactions line by line but not the date. I have since reconciled with the correct date but the bad one is still there. Would like to delete before next months reconciliations.Quickbooks has apparently removed the accounting option for non pro advisors.Due to the unavailability of my accountant during a past issue I generated a 2nd account for accounting functions to remove the erroneous reconciliation. It now appears they want you to pay your accountant to delete the reconciliation. This is not a complicated one that could affect later months. The error was caught right away and was a simple credit card with only 3 transactions. Is the only answer to delete to have the accountant do this? Fairly frustrating if so.
I have already started using Quicken and just want to be able to keep and have access to past records. I don't need to spend $60 a month for complexity I don't need.
Version: QBO PlusAffects Credit Card Payments and Transfer types. Balance sheet shows uncategorized since no location associated. Only work around is to remove entry and replace with manualETA on bug fix?
Hello all QB experts! I have something simple that I cannot get to work, but feel that it's complex enough to even challenge the most senior expert QBO employee (since I had two cases that were opened and they couldn't figure it out and then closed the case with no resolution). So, I'm moving to the community and sharing in hopes that another company or user or QB employee has the same set up and actually has it working. Our current product configuration is QBO Advanced integrated with QBO Payroll integrated with QB Time/TSheets. In QBO Advanced we established Projects for each Customer. The Projects automagically import to QB Time/TSheets as advertised. We then assigned the Projects to our employees so they can job cost their hours to specific Projects. Employees submit their Timesheets in QB Time/TSheets and Supervisors approve them. Administrators click the Export button and all approved Timesheets in QB Time/TSheets for each Project are imported back to QBO Advanced like clock
I want my invoices due upon receipt and I am unable to do so.
THe invoicing send function is messed-up. Invoices and automatic emails when sending do not load.
Wondering if anyone has done this or has a different way to accomplish this.
I have completed my client's invoice and when I try to email that invoice it's not working correctly. It says loading preview and the normal salutation is missing in the body of the email.
