I have already have a Customer with 2 invoices at one locaton. Called "Shiloh Interpitive Center" I need to Create a CUSTOMER as the PARENT Customer, "Shiloh National Parks" then move the existing customer to a JOB where I can add other jobs/locations. How do I do This, seeing that there is no drop down list on the upper right hand side for edit customer job screen?

I need to edit a completed reconciliation report. I put in the incorrect ending statement date. How do I do this?
Unable to send invoices. An error appear something like, Invoice has not been sent. We couldn't reach the customer. Please check the email address or use another one. I tried using another one but the same thing happen. Help

Hello,I am an accountant with many desktop clients. Today when attempting to access memorized reports across many different files, I am getting a message that says 'Your memorized report has been deleted from the memorized reports list.'If I take the longer step to select 'memorized reports list' I can find my reports there. But I rather them be directly under the memorized reports option within reports.Any one know what is going on and what I can do?

quickbooks online updated and now emails won't send
I know that only the mortgage interest is deductible so I am not sure whether or not I need to split it somehow. There is a way to split between business and personal but this does not really fit the bill because the mortgage payment is for my residential house which also happens to have my home office. I intend to itemize my deductions at the end of this year. So, any help or guidance would be much appreciated. Please keep in mind that I am working with Quickbooks Self-Employed which does not have Chart of Accounts or whatever that was discussed in other posts. Thanks.
I need to add a new column on the Open Invoices report and the Unpaid Bills Detail reports. I have gone to customize report but the Column Names I need aren't there. I need to add a column names or edit one that is existing and add it to my report. On the Open Invoices report I need to add a column for my companies job number and edit the one column that says "Num" to "Invoice #).

We use the approval workflow of Quickbooks Online Advanced. Since this week, all employees with rights other than "Company Admin" rights have been removed from the workflow. It is also not possible to add employees with a role other than "Company Admin" as approver. Previously, these employees were added to the workflow and had the authority to approve bills. It is not desirable that all employees who can approve invoices have full access to the rest of Quickbooks online.

Ever since going to the new layout, can’t find a way to print a customers invoice from the mobile version. Computer/iPad works just like old layout, but mobile is different without a printing option. This needs to be corrected as we use qb on the road with a mobile printer
