I want to start back-charging my sub-contractors who request a paper check, direct deposit or a "rush" on their payment. What's the best way to set this up?

In QB Payroll Online, my account says "We need more info to pay and file your taxes." It shows that there is still a required action — adding Inutit as a Third Party Agent with the Maryland Unemployment Insurance Fund. But I already followed QB's instructions and successfully added Intuit in my account with the MD UI Fund. How do I indicate this in QB, so that it will automatically file my payroll taxes before the end of the month deadline? Thanks!
When I run the Job Estimate vs. Actual Detail. The estimated cost is now showing, only the actual cost is showing. I need to know why and how to fix this.

It is absurd that you would run a payroll service and have any possibility of taxes not being paid on time. I'm curious to know how many other companies have had this experience and how was it resolved?
I want to record the contractor's personal transactions as a regular expense with the correct Vendor, i.e. Target or McDonalds. I want to use a category in the expense to categorize the tranactions as "Mechanic's Wages" and have it tracked on his 1099. Is this possible, if so, how? Or would I need to create a separate expense under Contractors > Name > Create expense?
With the new invoicing layout that QB decided was a good idea to force upon us, I can no longer create invoices.I bring in billable timesheets from QBT and add them to invoices from the suggested transactions. When the timesheets are not grouped together, it doesn't show the product/service, and when they are grouped together it only shows the product/service, and not the notes on the timesheet. Before this "upgrade", when I grouped timesheets together by service, it would leave the notes if they were all the same. When I add time to the invoice that is grouped by service now, it does not bring the notes into the invoice. I need to be able to do this since I invoice my timesheets by the week and I many times have more than one job done under the same service item which is specified in the notes. Please give this option back so my company does not go out of business from not being able to invoice my customers!!!
Hi I sold a registered website domain on behalf of a customer/friend. And am going to give the customer the money I sold the domain for. What categories so I use for this in QuickBooks? For example. I sold a domain I was managing for them for $3000. I have the $3000 the domain sale made in my bank account and am going to write the customer a check for $3000 so it's a wash. How should I categorize the money I received and how should I categorize the check I write out to the customer? Thanks
The Projects page has largely become useless starting in the past few weeks. Attempting to print all projects either causes the page to become unresponsive after waiting for several minutes, or the page crashes and says it needs to be reloaded. I have tried accessing this information on multiple computers with high specs, the mobile website on wifi and cellular, and in the Quickbooks Online desktop app. The Project Profitability Summary report inexplicably does not include the project's start and end dates as includable columns which I need for my reporting. Why this would not be included on that report is beyond me. In the past the only way I have found to access that information all on one page that I can copy and paste into Excel is by hitting the print button on the projects list page and waiting for it to load all project info, but now that only crashes repeatedly. How can I get the projects list page's printing to work, or how can I access a report with project na
