I added a new user to my QBO online account with the role set to "Standard limited customers and vendors." She sent an invoice and the subject line and body was completely different than what I have set in our account. It actually said my name instead of the company name. Here's the area I'm talking about. How do I make sure all the messages she sends uses the same templates we've already set up? If she goes into her settings it says that she does not have permission to edit these. I need to know ASAP.
I need some help, I our company has Quicbooks desktops that automatically syncs to t-sheets. However I recently added new customers / job to my desktop application, and it is not showing up under any clients in my t-sheets, I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

I set up the monthly memorized transactions, to be automatically entered starting from, say January. It is now August, so I have 8 transactions to be automatically entered. It seems that the only way to do this is close my company file, and when it re-opens, there is the prompt to enter those 8 transactions. Is there a way to do this without closing the company file? Thank you.

I have tried contacting support through the online portal and they keep telling me its not their expertise and give me a phone call. Problem is that I am at work and cannot speak on the phone. But if other people are having the issue then I know its not just me.When I go to record the payment and search by invoice number, the correct invoice shows but the customer information in the top left is blank.
Hello,We are encountering a new issue in QuickBooks. As shown in the attached screenshot, our customer paid the total amount for three bills. After recording the check, all three bills show as paid. However, the bottom left corner of the page still indicates that the last bill is unpaid and it is being applied in subsequent calculations. This issue is causing confusion for both us and our customer.Could anyone help us resolve this problem?Thank you in advance!
This is something you can do in Sage and I found it a very useful feature. It would also be great if you could set a specific product/service type for a customer since I am also entering the same produce name for each entry.
Hi, I have setup an other current liability account to record my customers’ prepayment and created an item for prepayment. The item prepayment links to other current liability account. When customers have prepayment, I post the transaction on sale’s receipt. So I do have a lot of customer names on the customer list.We are doing whole sale business, mainly seafood, grocery and fruit. The problem comes from customers using their prepaid card to pay all those stuff. Also we have to manually input everything into invoice. Is there any other way to reflect customers spending their prepayment on QuickBooks?

I also have my team track time against US and Canadian clients and need to add those time entries to USD and CAD invoice. This fails. I can't believe that QB could offer a multi-currency option, but that you can't send invoices based on time entries to two different currencies.
It used to be instantaneous, now maybe after a couple of weeks it does. Very frustrating. I have tried clearing the cache and data, and pulling down the screen to reload the customer page. The amount owed is in the customer list however.
I created invoices for unpaid services for my customers and emailed them to each customer. The customers paid them and the transactions came in from my download, so were matched. I am still seeing that I need to receive payments for these invoices on my bank rec. How do I fix this?
