I was due a refund from a supplier so created a supplier credit, when the funds came back to the bank I did a bank deposit against the creditor however it nows shows as a bill oustanding
Hi I need to import a years of transactions on to quickbooks self employed, when i try to import the CSV file it will not allow me to do it. Comes up with an error saying "darn somethings gone wrong, probably our fault, try again if not contact us" (something along those lines!) Tried everything to import it but no luck

My Nationwide Bank transactions since yesterday are not listed in quickbooks but I can see them in the nationwide app.
I have a self employed account but upon subscription renewal the DD got rejected and when I try to re-subscribe it doesn’t let me log in yet the payment for this month has been taken off already.
We have tried removing the email address and re-entering the email address which is what QB Helpline suggest but it hasn't worked. Some of my clients are saying they want to move to different software becuase of this tech issue. You can see on the invoice audit trail that the invoice hasn't been opened.
I know there is an option to turn on a Privacy button which removes this but this seems to be able to be overridden by the standard user.
I paid an expense of £2,730 and then matched the transaction only to discover I had paid it already. The person paid the money back to my account, but then that has been recorded as income. It has resulted in there being £2,730 more in quickbooks in the bank and I don't know how to change it. If I delete the transaction coming in, it still shows the expense going out. How do I get them to match again?
On the dashboard I have a list of carnet payments that I cannot clear as I have already put the invoices through as paid before the transaction was cleared at the bank. How do I clear these off the transaction list?
As a travel agent all our suppliers mainly are hotels, we have multiple sites for each chain of hotels as a result our supplier list is massive, is there a way to group them together? on the sales side you can set up a main account and then add sub accounts. We still need to be able to identify which hotels they relate to when reconciling credit cards.
I have had issues sending remittance advices this morning from both companies. It appears to send however we are not receiving them via email nor is it showing within the audit log. Anyone else having this issue today? RegardsLouise
Hi,I'm planning to organise our Chart of Accounts using the sub-account functionality. However, to do this properly i would like transactions to only be posted at the lower levels and not at different points in the hierarchy. Is this possible to manage? the only functionality i can see to support this is the inactive accounts feature,
