HiI entered a couple of supplier credit notes correctly a few months ago. However, whenever i run my supplier balance detail report, this company is appearing in the report even though we don't owe them anything. My boss wants this to stop happening, anyone any ideas??
I access my QuickBooks data via QRemote Server and would like to know, within which table/column tagged information of the transaction is stored?
How do I log a refund to my account on Quickbooks self employed? If i have purchased something from an online store, and then returned it, i need to log the refund payment to myself as something and refund doesnt appear. I have seen someone say its best to 'exclude' that transaction, is this correct? This will be my first self assessment done by myself so just want to get it as accurate as possible. thanks in advance!
Is anyone else having issues with recurring transactions? When using it, I am able to create my invoice but it is not saving the data to the recurring transaction. Quickbook help wasn't very helpful!
Hi, I use recurring transactions a lot and update them each week with a narrative changing the date. I used to be able to then save the template and know next time I use it when I last invoiced without having to check elsewhere. The functionality should be - Every time you use a Recurring Transaction and edit it, QuickBooks Online asks if you would like to make the change this “One time only,” or “Update for all.” I use update for all. This has suddenly stopped working? Why is this? I have cleared all cookies etc. so it's not that. Has Intuit changed the functionality without telling us? Is there somewhere I can turn this back on if it's been turned off? Really annoying atm and time consuming checking. Please let me know. Paul AKA RoscoPc
