I use Quickbooks on line and have done for 12 years, however, I am finding multiple glitches with the system. i.e. transactions disappear and then reappear later. It says transactions or customers not found then finds them later, amongst many other things. Is anyone else experiencing problems? This is only recent.
Hi, Project/Customer is missing in some of the transaction fields, it is there for others. I have attached samples. Basically, I need to assign projects for any income and expenses. Thanks for help,
Hi. I have my business account connected to QB Self Employed, so all income and expenses are syncing automatically. But what to do with the receipts (paper or digital) ? Do i still need to snap/forward them to QB since the transaction is already recorded through my bank account sync or just the ones that are not done through the connected business account ? i m a bit confused and worried that this will mess up the whole list with doubles/duplicates and present me with wrong income expense data stats etc ? Please advise :-)
We currently operate two warehouses under the same company. We are looking to turn on multiple inventory sites, and then when we invoice we would have to select which location we are selling from. That being said, all of our sales in a province would be coming from one warehouse and all sales in another province would come from the other warehouse. Is there a way to default that location based on the province, or to assign a warehouse as a default to a customer? We don't want to have to manually change that information every time we make an invoice.
So I'm a total beginner and am struggling to get my head around logging payment and matching transactions. I have several hundred standing order payments going into my bank accounts in January and I need to set these payments against the invoices raised. So far, I've done a whole bundle by logging the payment manually, via the receive payment option. If I now go through and match the bank receipts to the invoices, will it record the payment twice? Alternatively, if I match a bank receipt to a raised invoice, will it automatically log the payment as received and adjust the customer's account accordingly. Sorry to ask such rookie questions but I am stuggling to get a grip on this.

How can I invoice private hire fares?
Hi all, I've just downloaded my Paypal transactions and for some of my ebay sales, ebay collects a tax, which is recorded as 'Partner fee' in the list of paypal transactions. I'm just wondering how I should record this in Quickbooks because this is not something I've encountered before. To note, the transactions are in GBP, but the customer is, for example, in Australia. The tax is added on to the sale and the customer pays the tax. Can I just ignore this? Thanks in advance for any advice.
